The washer started leaking after the first few uses which I thought it was due to overfilling the soap compartment. Then it started making loud noises with spins after a few months. Still thought that it is not a big deal until it stopped draining water a few days ago. My old washer lasted over 10 years and costed a few hundreds less. And of course the factory warantee just expired The dryer sensor does not work well. Clothes are still damp and have to use the time dry feature which would take at least an extra 30 minutes for small/medium load after drying for 1 hour on dry sense which is ridiculous. Chose these products mainly for the quality, but also for the capacity ( especially for comforters). There are new technologies that have been incorporated, and are still in the “Discover and Master” stage. The functionality is just perfect for our needs. The steam option we rarely use, but is good to have. Overall, the performance is above expectation.

I purchased this appliance two months ago. It has been excellent. I am able to manage laundry in my household of 7 easily thanks to its great performance, efficiency in cleaning, and capacity handling. I keep track using the Smart Things app which tells me the status of the cycle and when the cycle is complete.

We have a bigger family now and our old washer quit so we took the opportunity to get a bigger one and it’s awesome. We will always buy Samsung. What a beautiful set of appliances from Samsung especially with keeping up with the newest color fashion trends i absolutely love this set the smart machines are great it pops up on our smart TV to tell my husband to go change the clothes over fro washer to dryer LOL so I can continue to enjoy my scheduled programming I love it.
