[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has been a fantastic addition to my home. It’s quiet, efficient, and has a modern, stylish look that fits well in my laundry space. The Smart Dial and AI-powered features make it incredibly easy to choose the right cycle, and everything comes out clean and fresh every time. The Super Speed Wash option is especially convenient when I’m short on time—it finishes a load in under 30 minutes without sacrificing performance. The large capacity easily handles big loads and bulky items like comforters. I also appreciate the SmartThings app integration. Getting cycle notifications on my phone and being able to start or stop the washer remotely is super convenient. Overall, this is a high-quality, reliable, and modern washer that I would confidently recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their laundry setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn't make too much noise and washes clothes very well. Overall, multiple settings are available to select from, and the product can be added to Samsung app on phone, SmartThings (smart home platform) Overall, a great smart experience with this great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had previous Samsung washer before and we loved it and its time to upgrade so we bought another Samsung washer. This one compare to the last one is day and night different in all features. We love the speed wash and downloaded modes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look, speed, and capacity of this washer! It was exactly what I was looking for. The speed wash seems to clean just as well as the normal unlike other speed washes on previous washers I’ve had. Such a time saver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We previously had a Samsung washer and we were looking for something at least as good or better at a fair price. We compared several of the name brands and didn't find anything that beat the Samsung washer that was a better price. We like the large capacity, 5.0 cf. We like the variety of the cycles. The user interface is easy to use and the cycles are easily modified.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the 5.0 cu. ft. Extra Large Capacity Smart Front Load Washer for a few weeks now, and it’s been a game changer. The capacity is impressive—it easily handles large loads, which means fewer wash cycles overall. Perfect for a busy household. The smart features are a bonus. Being able to control and monitor the washer from my phone makes laundry more convenient than ever. It also runs quietly and efficiently, with a variety of settings that handle everything from delicates to heavy-duty items. Clothes come out clean and well-rinsed every time. Overall, I’m really happy with the performance and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-capacity, tech-savvy washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After months of researching washer & dryers, I took a chance of buying my first computerized front load washer. I was timid about buying a front load washer due to potential flooding of my home. I live in a small rustic log cabin, where the world is still 20 years behind. But I am not behind the times. This washer has exceeded my expectations by how easy it was to learn how to use it. Unlike older top loading washers, I was pleasantly impressed to see that the drum saves water by spraying the clothes a little at the time, then rotates to wet the clothing as it throughly goes about its cycles. My worries were happily resolved the drum does not full up the whole drum before washing. It greatly saves water. But the greatest point is the washer’s app. I can go about my daily business, still watch over the operation & control of our clothes just by looking at the app on my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basically the same Samsung “super speed” as 10 years ago (which died and I replaced with this bc I needed the matching stacking). Lost the “whites” and “athletic” settings. I guess you could custom create them in the app, but I don’t know what those configs were.. also the app has terrible reviews.
