Main board defective after 18 months and Samsung decided to discontinue to sell the replacement part …. But yet they still sell the machine. Better buy all the additional warranty you can get from them because they sure don’t want you to get it fixed and sell you a new one. Or better yet, buy a different brand.

We have had this set about 8 months now and I absolutely love it! In my opinion it is the best set currently being sold. I say this because I use a whole lot of washer and dryers! I own a vacation rental cleaning company and use several washer and dryers every day. This set by far tops them all! I also have 4 hairy dogs, 4 kids and a timber faller husband that brings home everything from the woods on his clothes, mud, wood chips plus gas and saw oil. This set never disappoints. We also love the app and all the helpful codes to help it keep running efficiently as possible. I am so happy to have it in my home! My best purchase of 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking to upgrade from our current 20-plus year old washer and like the features and capacity that the Samsung washer offered. Not to mention, they look great! We've had this for about two months and absolutely love it so far. Huge capacity, great features and easy to use. We love the we can control it with Smart Things on our Samsung fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical about ordering a washer brand that I have never used and I glad that I did. My laundry smells so much better. As a matter of fact I don't think the maytag that I was using was cleaning my laundry at all. I am very happy with my purchase and I definitely would buy again.

It runs quietly, cleans thoroughly, and the smart features make laundry day so much easier. The multiple settings are perfect for everything from delicates to heavy-duty loads. Clothes come out fresh, clean, and nearly dry—even just from the washer! Energy-efficient and easy to use, this machine truly stands out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and reliability!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been using our new washing machine for about a month and love it so far! It was easy to set up and use right away. It is huge and fits a lot of clothes, is energy and water efficient and leaves everything very clean and almost dry. Love my new washer and dryer from Samsung. Extremely happy and impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new washer and dryer. They are amazing and do a great job washing and drying the clothes. Plus the added alert tones when the laundry cycle is done is so fun, sure beats a buzzer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely Incredible Washer – A Game Changer! I couldn’t be happier with the Samsung 5 cu. ft. Extra Large Capacity Smart Front Load Washer. From performance to aesthetics, it’s a complete win across the board. First off, the capacity is amazing. At 5 cu. ft., it easily handles large loads, including bulky bedding and towels, cutting down on the number of loads I have to do every week. It’s a huge time-saver for busy households. The Super Speed Wash is a standout feature. I can get a full load washed in around 30 minutes without compromising cleanliness. It’s perfect for when I’m in a rush or need something cleaned last minute. Steam cleaning is another major plus. It tackles tough stains and odors effortlessly, and I’ve noticed my clothes come out fresher and cleaner than with my old washer. The steam is also gentler on fabrics, so my clothes look newer, longer. Smart features are incredibly convenient. I can start, pause, or monitor my laundry from my phone using the SmartThings app. It even sends a notification when the cycle is done. It’s one of those things you didn’t know you needed until you have it! Lastly, it looks stunning in brushed black. The design is sleek and modern, and it adds a touch of luxury to the laundry room. Overall, this washer delivers outstanding performance with innovative features that make laundry easier and faster. If you’re looking for a high-capacity, smart washer that doesn’t cut corners on quality or style, this is it!

I bought this machine in November of 2024 for the brick. I would not recommend this machine to anyone. We have tried many different cycles, many different detergents and nothing gets our clothes clean. Even the most basic of dirt stains do not come clean. I called to for a satisfaction guarantee or to try to return the units I am that upset with them and they gave no options other than to change detergents again . We bought the matching dryer and have trouble with it as well. Nothing comes out dry, needs multiple cycles and the lint vent is extremely difficult to be cleaned out . Honestly wish I never purchased these machines. Spent a lot of money to not be satisfied.
