My son bought these for me to replace my MayTags that I loved. (never mind why) So sorry that their STUPID AI (programmererror?)can't answer a simple question for me. Maybe not the AI's fault as the question isn't even programmed into to ask. My question? what size dryer vent is required for instillation? Simple question simple answer. But NOT FROM SAMSUNG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful, efficient. I adore this washer It's nice and quiet, easy to load washing everything perfectly. It can even handle a king size down alternative comforter. The steam sanatize is perfect for pet owners who knows what it's like when you have a sick pet. So worth the upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the color and overall look and size of the washer. Love the fast wash cycle as well. I’ve only done one load, but I like the notification I get on my phone that lets me know the wash is complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my new washing machine, has all the options I was looking for including Self Clean. Other options are new to me, so I have not tried them yet, specially steam options. I already have Samsung gas dryer and bought a new washer to replace old model.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a recent purchase. I live the fact that I can load a much larger load than the regular sized machines. Connecting through the Samsung app is helpful for times when you’re away and want to start a load off peak times. Clothes have been washing well & the skin cycle is quite effective which helps with the drying time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I️ got this and it is amazing. I️ love the setting to start remotely because I️ don’t always know what time I’ll be home so delaying it doesn’t always work; but when I️ am out I️ can assess what time I’ll be home and start it remotely. I️ like the large drum because I️ do A LOT of laundry. Like 4-5 loads a day. It sings a cute little tune when it is finished but if you don’t like that you can turn it off. I️ like the little cleaning door at the bottom on the left.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product 3 months ago and couldn't be happier with it. It has tons of functionality and is much quieter than expected. The Washington functions are much more efficient than my previous machine, saving time and water.

Love this washer and dryer very quiet just like any front load though you need to make sure you allow any coalescing water on the front seal dry it up or let it air dry otherwise you’re getting mold but we’ve had it for a couple days. It works great I thought the chimes cycle was complete was Dixie and we were gonna get protested, but it’s not great washer dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still learning, but initially the touch sensitive power button has been accidentally pressed a few times, too sensitive, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to save the preset settings we use most. Only the factory loaded presets. It can kind of be a pain to adjust all of the details for every load . Will update when some time has passed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I simply love the fact I can operate the washer from the smartyhings app. I also love that there is a super wash time so I can loads in half the time. The washer is ready to keep clean. If you have had a samsung washer previously, then you will find the same ease of operation.
