[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a little over a year ago and it has been so amazing. We used to go to the laundromat 2-3 times per month and when I did the math it was cheaper to just finance the washer. So happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer 2 months ago and it is great! I love how it connects to my phone to let me know when the load is complete. I love the numerous options for water temp, spin, soil level, etc... The only concern that I have with this washer is the softener compartment in the drawer. When I add the softener it seems to immediately go into the washer at the first wash rather than when it is rinse time. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the WF50BG8300AE for a few days now and I’m super happy with it. The drum is huge — I can throw in a bunch of towels or a big comforter with no problem. It cleans everything really well, even on the faster wash cycles. The Super Speed Wash is a lifesaver when I’m in a rush. And being able to control the washer from my phone with SmartThings is actually really useful. I can start loads from upstairs, check when it’s done, and it even tells me when I should run a self-clean cycle. It’s also really quiet — no crazy shaking or banging during the spin cycle like my last machine. Plus, it just looks nice. Sleek design, easy to use, and doesn’t take up too much space. Only small downside is there are a lot of settings, so it took a minute to get used to. But now I’ve saved a couple of presets and it’s super easy. If you do a lot of laundry and want something fast, smart, and big enough to handle it all — this washer’s worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased this Samsung front load washer and the matching dryer. They were just installed. So far I love how quiet the washer is and the convenience of having them stacked since I have limited space. They both have a lot of features that I look forward to trying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best washers around! Ive loved having them and would recommend them to anyone! The only upkeep required is to clean the inside about once a month and it keeps all my clothes smelling good and looking clean!

Do not purchase this model!! I received a defective dryer and they sent me a replacement for it. That replacement also came defective. They sent another replacement and that too was also defective. My whole experience was a nightmare. If you read reviews on this model, so many other customers has experienced the same thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have replaced plex samsung washer selecting this model after reading all reviews. I want to report that after using it for a month, i willnever go back to plex (double washer with the top washer and front loading washer) or any other model. Our frequent laundry customers - our children and our 2 dogs- are super happy with the quick was. The short 19 min wash does amazing job and makes it so much easier on my very busy days! I can also select the regular wash for things than dont need a short wash. Works very well! Many other settings including steaming and other options as on all other washing machines. Love this washer!

Failing at the 1yr mark, bearing on the drum is going out with a loud shriek on the spin cycle, tech came out to look it over and said it was a bearing going out, called it in and they told him no parts to repair, gonna have to replace the washer, going on three weeks and still waiting on my replacement washer.
