[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer is ok, efficient wash cycles, large capacity for blankets, pillows, etc. I haven’t used the smart settings yet—-concerned about privacy issues and no information on data collection or opt out options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OMG this washer is amazing! We just moved to a new house and the laundry is off of the kitchen and living room. We don’t even hear it. It’s the quietest and most efficient washer we’ve ever owned. The steam wash cycles are incredible. So clean! I have not tried the quick wash yet, but look forward to experiencing it soon. We also bought the dryer and I can honestly say the two together makes so much sense in this day and age. Why pay for professional laundry services when Samsung makes a product that leaves your clothes even better. The best part is doing laundry on your schedule and not someone else’s. This is the most sophisticated set we’ve ever owned. Go ahead and put your trust here and just buy it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has a lot of different options. Many I have not used yet. The speed wash cycle is one of my favorites. I can't believe how quick this cycle is and my clothes still come out great. The smart technology is great. It allows me check the cycle status from my refrigerator. It also lets you know when it is time to clean the drum. I really enjoy the lack of vibration. This washer is very quiet, which is great because it is close to our bedroom. Overall I'm very impressed and loo forward to trying out some of the other options. I would definitely recommend this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the set after our washer died a few months ago. We finally decided that we no longer wanted to go to the laundry mat to wash our clothes. We love our new set. Realized how convenient to have washer and dryer in house. Its washes throughly, quietly, and love the wireless connection and mobile phone notification process. No more soggy forgotten wash sitting in the washer!! Same with the dryer! Makes laundry day a bit easier.

My husband and I love our new washer. When you have a family of six you always have a lot of laundry and this washer take what was once an annoyance and make it much more manageable. First off, this washer has a lot more space than most out there. With the amount of laundry we deal with, this is such a time saver for us, as it can handle bigger loads without issue. Another plus is the smart features it has. Once I start a load, I can walk away and get alerts on my phone when the load of wash is done. Gone are the days of getting busy and forgetting wet clothes in the washer only to have them smell horrible later. Now I always know when the load is done and can move them straight to the dryer. The next major time saver is the 28-minute speed wash cycle the washer can do. Being able to throw in a load and have it finish that fast is nice when you forget to wash the baseball uniform before the game in a few hours. The Steam sanitize option is nice as well, after a long day of the kids playing outside. This will help remove the stains and get rid of the germs they come across. This washer also has a self-clean option for the drum making sure clothes stay clean and smell great. Lastly it looks as my husband says, handsome and regal. All these things added together allow me to spend more time getting other things done and save me extra work. I now have more time to spend with the family doing things we enjoy, and it is thanks to this washer.

The 5.0 cu. ft. capacity is huge – it easily handles bulky bedding and large loads, which saves me so much time. The Super Speed Wash feature is a game changer, cutting cycle time way down without sacrificing cleaning power. The steam function works wonders on tough stains and helps freshen up clothes, leaving them looking and smelling great. It’s also much quieter than my previous washer, even when running at full spin speed. I love the modern smart features too – being able to check status and get notifications through my phone adds real convenience. Plus, the brushed black finish looks sleek and stylish in my laundry area. Overall, this washer is a perfect mix of efficiency, performance, and style. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-capacity washer that delivers professional-quality cleaning at home, I highly recommend it!

This is a huge upgrade from the whirlpool set I had, beautiful finish and very modern. This machine does it all. The washer is great with all types of clothes and the dryer has the steam sanitize feature that really removes tough stains. I will recommend this set if you have the money.

Washer is 2yrs old and bearings went out! Sounded like an airplane was taking off in our laundry room. Bosts of 20 year warranty. Samsung would pay for parts but not labor. Cost of labor was $800. Not doing it! Going to try an LG instead. Highly recommend looking at another brand.
