[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this washer for its appearance, capacity, features, and the reviews I read. I have washed several loads now and each one has come out beautifully. It is super efficient, easy to understand and operate, and totally quiet! I can only say that it is an amazing machine!! Thank you Samsung😁

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer/dryer combo and am so far very pleased. They are quiet, more energy efficient than the ones they replaced, and being able to monitor over the Smart Things app is definitely a plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago and so far I love it. It has a lot of nice features and it does a great job washing my clothes. The only thing is that it is a little louder than my old one when the water is going in. It also is beautiful with the rose gold trim.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an upgrade to my last Samsung washer which I bought it 10 years ago. So far no complaints, working as expected. My family loved the look and sleek design. Will post more reviews after few months of use.

Washing machine seems good, I am using new one from past 45 days but it makes loud kirking sound while spinning. I am contacting samsung support to get this fixed. And I dont see the doors closing smoothly. The soap oil drawyer openinrg and closing is not smooth. There are IoT and other high tech features. The menu is very good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Considering the appliance's features, it seems to be a good option for modern households. The washing machine's various cycles provide versatility for different fabric types and cleaning needs. Furthermore, the dryer's sensor technology helps prevent over-drying, which is a useful attribute. Overall, the appliance offers a balance of convenience and efficiency.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few weeks ago and love it so far! The smart feature is great and helps keep you on track to change the load over/empty the dryer, especially if you have a separated utility room at your home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the Washer and Dryer together. They are easy to use even without the manuals. They able to hold my largest loads of bed cloths with room to spare and clean/dry them to my satisfaction. Washer and Dryer are quiet. I reviewed several other products before choosing this one. It has proven to be the best product in its class on the market today.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how Samsung is able to combine design and function into a product. It looks amazing and performs great. It is large enough for anything you might throw at it without being too large on the outside like other machines same size. Steam cleaning is very good and helped with stubborn stains that did not come out otherwise. It is Energy Star rated so with the prices going up that helps. Wi-Fi connectivity is amazing, it really helps speed thing up and you can start it from work. That way you only wait for the dryer instead of both. The app also helps chose the right washing cycle, easier to chose what you want. Super speed wash is great, saves time and actually works. Other brands with quick wash do not work as good and end up doing it twice. All in all it is an amazing washer and would recommend it to anyone.
