[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my machine for a bout 6 months and loved it till now. Coffee and the coffee pod is fine - it's the espresso only that I have a problem with. It will do half a pod and then make a pop noise and then it's only water. I've tried 3 different espresso pod manufactures thinking it was them. It still continues. I've tried going on line to get help and it will not let me log into their website. I've tried cleaning the machine. Cleaning the top - everything

Worst coffee marker, ever. Seriously considering returning it. Controls are impossible to understand and the manual is of zero help. Why can't someone invent a coffee machine that works by pressing ONE button. Have to pull the plug to get it out of weird, non-functional modes. The absolute worst feature is, it deactivates the hot plate after 30 minutes and there's no way to turn it back on. Best drink your coffee fast.

I love this coffee machine. Everything in a single system and it works! The brother is excellent,; best pod coffee we've had and the expresso is lovely. It is pretty tall but we've put it on a tray and easily move it.

After one week the base under coffee pot was damaged from overflow of coffee grinds. This is from using my usual amount of coffee that I have always used. Never had this problem with my Ninja coffee maker that I had 3 years.

We have made a carafe of coffee, multiple single serves and several espressos. We drink coffee a lot so we wear out coffee pots quicker than normal🤭 everything works wonderfully, so far, so good!
