We love the size and options of this coffee maker, we keep trying out different coffee/pod flavors. also the coffee is much warmer than my previous machine

Love having an all in one machine. This one has a lot of bang for the buck. Frother works great too. Large water tank cuts down on labor. So far finding it easy to clean.

BREWING FEATURE FOR REGULAR DRIP COFFEE IS GREAT. Cannot figure out how to best operate the single serve espresso or refillable pod. Tasted like mud -it didnt brew properly. What are the 4options?

I really wanted to like this and save the space on my counter. However, I could never get the K-cup to brew appropriately. Felt very watery. I had to get a replacement for the first machine because the water temperature was too low.
