We love our coffee and shopped extensively before landing on this Cuisinart machine. We love it so much that we bought a second one. Our favorite feature include the versatility of having a drip coffee pot, a k-cup coffee pod built in, and an espresso maker. It also has a milk steamer to make lattes and cappuccinos which turn out great

We love this machine. It is so versatile and convenient. 1.) A 12 cup pot of coffee! 2.) Either a single or double shot of espresso. 3.) A K-Cup flavor of your choice. 4.) A single cup of fresh ground coffee. 5.) Hot water for tea or soup. 6.) Steamed and/or frothed milk. This is great!!!

I bought this 4 N 1 machine when my regular coffee maker died. I drink coffee at home everyday and decided to splurge on this! It makes great coffee in a pot, pod, espresso! The streaming wand design should be adjusted for ease of use, but I just pull the whole machine to the edge of the counter. Love the product.

I ordered this product as a replacement for a machine we had previously that broke and only made k-cup coffees and espressos. I ordered it for my office. We thought it would be a nice addition because it uses pods, can be used with a reusable pod, has a coffee maker and milk frother. The office loves it. I use the frother every morning, twice, to make an oat milk espresso. Its simple to use, looks nice on the counter and makes great coffee. I want to get one for my house!!

So far this has been a better machine than any keurig machine I’ve owned. I like the fact that you can use a screen pod and your own grounds to make a cup and top it off with a nespresso pod and foam milk all in one easy process. It seems to have plenty power which keurig lacked. So far it’s my pick of the lot. One note….a little dab of lube on the two rollers would make the cover close easier.

Compared to similar coffee makers it's overall a good product. Pros - Compact design, multi-function, decent quality Cons - 1. Steam tube does not allow you to get your cup under it unless half empty. 2. Pod sizes are inaccurate (2 oz. heavy). 3. Limited to 1 (small) espresso capsules. 4.Top fill make under-cabinet placement awkward as with most. 5. A little overpriced

Love all the features offered with this coffee maker however beware! It does not "push" all of the water through the pod, so when you remove the pod from the machine you will drip water/coffee. After beep to remove your cup, it will continue to drip into the cup holder also.

Great unit with multiple ways to make great coffee/Espresso at a very affordable price. Includes a steamer, something that makes this more authentic as a barista would use. Always liked the Cuisinart brand. Found the quality of this new model to be a step up from the previous models. Looks and feels like a more robust design. Controls now much more intuitive make it easy to select what you want with auto shut off. After 2 mos. of use have found the unit to be everything as advertised.

I’ll start by saying I do love this coffee machine. It’s very easy to use. The water containers are really big so you don’t feel like you have to fill up the water a lot, even though we use it all the time. I love that you can do the K cups and the little espresso cups. I’m offended by how much trash they create so we got the reusable K cups, they work great. I haven’t found the same thing for the espresso cups. The only reason I gave the machine four instead of five is like some of the other reviews say the steam wand is a little difficult to use, it doesn’t come out very far so I had to set mine on the edge of the counter to where I can lower my cup rather than tilt it.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and it is the worst user experience design from a mechanical engineer. The instructions are simplistic and 2 of the 3 ways to make coffee aren’t easy to make. You have to turn the right knobs in the right spot and it ain’t easy. Try to keep the burning plate on warm. Seriously try to do it - you can’t. Look it up on YouTube - no one can.
