I bought this about 2 months ago, works wonderful has a few leaks here and there but nothing to horrible in my opinion. The problem I have with this grill is that I have had fire travel up the auger and into the hopper. I followed the instructions to shutting it off and everything. Well there is a plastic bushing that the auger goes through before attaching to motor, well this bushing when it hardens after melting is hard as a rock. The first time this happened customer service was helpful when I was able to contact them. Well this just recently happened to me and it was the second use after cleaning. Customer service says that it is my fault due to improper use, because they recommend that you clean the fire pot before every use. Well this recommendation is not anywhere in the instruction booklet that comes with the grill, the only thing it says is depending on use to clean periodically. There is nothing in there that says every use. My suggestion is to look elsewhere for a pellet smoker because even when you follow the instructions that came with it you will be blamed for something that went wrong.

Bought this 3 or 4 weeks ago.put it together by my self everything went smoothly and was ready to go 2 hours or so, have used it 3 times and it works great. No problems with temperature settings.My advise is too use the best pellets on the market I'm still learning how to smoke but the food getting off the smoker is great. I only had one issue, had this ship to my house and UPS destroyed the smoker.worked with Sam's club.com and they took care of everything, thanks Sam's. I own 6 different grills -gas and ceramic. I wanted to get a pellet grill so I can smoke food without babysitting it all day. Was looking to spend up to $600-$800. Went to a Sams Club near my house and walked passed this grill and saw a $199 price tag on it. Stoped and looked but it was in the box so I figured this must be super cheap and flimsy. Went home and pulled up the reviews on this grill and couldn't believe what I was reading. I figured I give this a shot and if I didn't like it, I could take it back to Sams. Got it home, unpacked it and put it together in 1 hour. What I first noticed is the quality construction. All pieces lined up perfectly and the gage of metal was heavier than Traeger. Plugged it in, primed the auger and ran it on high for an hour to cure the grill and burn off the oil. Everything worked perfectly and did my first cook tonight. Turned out great. $199 is an unbelievable deal for something of this quality. If you see it in club and it's priced at$199 - buy it!!

I was hoping all the 1 star reviews were a fluke. Nope! I put my grill together and turned it on and I have no blower. Will be returning to Sams and not be getting another one. Stick with Traeger.

Took me all day to put it together by myself Once that was done and all day on a Sunday,the fan and rod didn't work,and still,doesn't,so get to spent another 2 hrs on the phone for a replacement box.
