Been running this grill for a few months now and everything works great. It ignites pretty quick and doesnt use a massive amout of pellets. The only negative is the screen in the hopper and the knob broke off.

I bought this grill on April12th and they didn't charge my credit card till the 16th got the grill on April 22nd it came with no right front leg and the left front leg was bent so badly you could not even draw it with a nut and screw. Called Sam's and was told that I would have to send the whole thing back rather than get parts because at this time they was out of stock. So I called the Boltz group and it took over a week for them to answer the phone. So I called them the week of the 29th and they answered then I and took pictures and showed them the problem I was having and they sent me a left front leg and a left rear leg. But No right front leg! As of this time and date I still do not have a working grill! And nothing from Sam's or the Boltz Group but a simple apology. Needless to say I'm not to happy! As of Monday Sam's Club had a replacement grill shipped and ask that I have the old grill ready to return today! They didn't ask me about that just had FEDX show up no the grill will not leave till I have a working grill that you was paid for on the 16th of April. Enough of this already glad you moderated huh. ME TOO!

Generally when someone claims it takes two people to install that is all bunk but on this grill it is more of the the truth. With just a little more effort it could have been made simple. If you don't care how your meal turns out you might like it but if you like your meals cooked to more like perfection forget it. I did many trial runs before putting any food to the test and the grill ran anywhere from 60 to near 100 degrees HOT. Called Boltz Group and sent pictures showing the proof and have not heard back. How is picture going to solve the problem? If the grill is set at 180 degrees and it goes to and holds at 270 degrees how is a picture going to help. One place in the book it says if it gets too hot turn down the dial-----isn't that smart. Sounds like what you would hear from engineers. AGAIN YOU BETTER LOOK AROUND. One more thing you turn to SMOKE and it will not smoke until you turn off and let rest for a few minutes then turn back to SMOKE and wait for maybe 5 minutes and then it will smoke like heck for about 5 minutes until it calms down and starts heating up.

You get what you pay for! Pretty much a 55-gal horizontal barrel with a lousy pellet blower. Heat doesn't reach across the grates, smoke leaks from everywhere, you have to spend more money on others stuff to make it better. i.e door gasket & rtv silicone. A lot silicone, like every gap in the grill. Should of bought the Traeger!

This is my first Pellet Smoker Grill, switching from gas. I have cooked steaks and a Drunken Chicken so far and they have turned out great.

Broke on first use. Runaway fire, as feeder never stopped feeding fire. Returned.

Bought this smoker but it's a shame they don't have a cover to buy for it

Avoid this grill at all costs, I have had to have it repaired 3 times already with no luck, complete waste of money!!!
