I haven't notice any skin and hair differences as of yet. It's a recent purchase. It requires me to take three pink coated softgels. I have notice some nail growth so that good. I will continue to take the pills and hopefully I will see more changes.

What I don’t like it’s a stinky fishy smell of this dietary supplement capsules. The effect it takes a time to collect in the body so I’m still tasting this product. It comes at plastic packaging. Natures Bounty brand says it’s an Extra strength Hair, Skin, Nails softgels advanced with 5000 mg Biotin and Argan oil infused. Plus there is antioxidant vitamins C & E. Plus Hyaluronic Acid. 120 count For adults, take three softgels daily, preferably with a meal.

I have been taking these vitamins every day for about 6 months now. I absolutely abhor taking vitamins, but for whatever reason have stuck with these. I notice people say they don't like the smell, but I never even noticed one with these. Most vitamins get stuck in my asophogus and I taste them all day - these slide right down with no aftertaste. I have clearly noticed a difference in my hair, skin and nails. My nails are so long and strong. My skin has a much smoother appearance to it now. And I feel like my hair is growing longer due to less split ends. I would absolutely recommend these.

Please could anyone tell me what is inside the liquid softgel? I am worried that the product sold to me was fake, so I cut the liquid softgel and it does not look like liquid. It is wet but looks like powder combined with oil. The smell is like fish. I thought liquid softgel means it should be liquid (for example totally oil). Could you please advise? Thanks a lot. I like the benefits of this product working for hair, nails, and skin however I am not a fan of the titanium dioxide and carmine added. Carmine is regulated in most countries now as it is made from bugs. I like the clear capsules unlike the added coloring to the pills.

I've only been taking this supplement for two weeks but I've already noticed my nails growing quickly and stronger. I have very weak, peeling nails and have tried supplements and many base coat strengtheners and nothing has worked until this. The biotin in this product has given me such energy too! My grandmother has been taking the gummy version and her nails are stronger as well! I've also noticed more shine to my hair. The smell of the softgels is a little off-putting but once in your mouth, it is fine. And the pills are such a pretty color; a metallic fuschia.
