I had tried regular biotin from the $ store and it did absolutely nothing. I decided to give this product a try. I must admit I was skeptical! Wow! Is all I can say. I haven't had nails like this since I took prenatal vitamins 30 plus years ago This product really works. I am so happy I gave it a try. My nails are strong, not brittle. They actually have grown much thicker. My nails were so thin I was getting concerned. All I can say is THANK YOU!

I have been taking this for about 3 weeks now. No complaints of any stomach pain or anything. I usually have very thick corse curly hair.. and I have noticed my hair is so soft lately! And less frizzy and just way better looking! I was sceptical about these but OMG I love them! I feel so much prettier. My skin feels softer . My nails aren't changeing very much but that's ok. I love this product! I will definitely be buying more

I have been using this product for abt 1 month now, no improvement wats soever, i barely notice My nail growing let alone hair and skin. just a waste of money. I will definately go back to my gnc hair, skin and nails. The word argan was decieving for me that made me pick this item... the capsule color is pretty though and it doesnt upset my stomach however it didnt do wat its supposed to my nails, skin and hair.

I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT 2 MONTHS AGO, I WAS HAVING PROBLMS WITH MY NAILS NOT GROWING LIKE THEY USUALLY DO. From all the dying of my hair in my teens and 20's my hair has gotten very thin and breaks all of the time. I did a lot of research into these kind of vitamins and settled on this one due to reviews and price. Did not know what to expect as I only really have to get my hair cut twice a year, if that, to keep it at a length where it doesn't start breaking constantly. So I didn't think anything would change that. The last time I cut my hair was July and it was right to my shoulders after getting it cut. I got these pills in the middle of January and my hair was at the top of my shoulder blades. In a month and a half my hair has grown more than it has in the whole 5 months since getting my hair cut prior to taking the pills. I have also noticed more hair growing hoping that once they get long my hair will be much thicker. My hair feels much better, is more manageable and does not sound like straw being rubbed together between my fingers. I no longer have to buy expensive shampoos to prevent damage or for volume, I barely have any hair fall in the shower or during brushing. And during the day I would no longer have loose hairs fall down my shirt and make my back itch or get lose hairs all over the back of my shirts. I could run my hands through my hair and have absolutely no broken hairs. ***PLEASE NOTE: when I first started taking the pills I was drinking a lot of water and that's when I saw the most results and I did not take all 3 pills at once. I had one with each meal I figured having a constant stream of the vitamins in my system would be better than taking a high dose all at once and then having nothing in my system by the time I took it the next day. The last couple of weeks of the bottle I wasn't really drinking much water and would take all pills at the same time due to being busy and not getting more chances to eat and what not. I feel like if I would have stuck to the water routine and spacing the pills out the entire time the results would be even more dramatic than they are. Also, to avoid nasty smell/taste after taking them, swallow the pill right before you eat.

Nature's Bounty is one of my favorite hair skin and nail vitamin brands. I like it because I truly believe that I can see a difference in my hair skin and nails. And I don't feel like it takes very long to see a difference maybe a month and a half. And for the money they're very reasonable so I can buy them whenever I need them.

I have been using these vitamins for about two years now and have certainly noticed a difference in the condition of my skin, nails and hair. My skin looks clearer, and my nails and hair grow faster. I also feel (in my opinion) these vitamins even help me not to feel as tired as I was feeling before I started taking them.

I have been using the product for about a year now and it does what it says it suppose to do. My nails grow strong, hair grows and skin is clearer. There are people saying the company changed the formula. It works for me and I will continue using it because I am happy with the results it has provided me. I used to drink Biotin by itself but it has a sufficient amount in it.

Does exactly what it says! The ingredients in here have frozen effects on your hair, skin and nails. You will definately see growth in your nails, due to the biotin. There is a definate glow in my skin, and my hair is feeling less dense, and has a little more bounce to it. This is also a great value!

I have been using these for well over 6 months with NO improvement. Hair continued to fall. I now take another supplement with this. It has slowed down but no new hair is growing. I used this product when it was in a capsule. It was excellent. This is totally useless. Go back to your old formula!!!
