I have been using this product for several years. Did not realize how well it worked until it was out of stock and I tried another brand. My nails did not grow, they became very soft and brittle and my skin became extra dry. Will not try any other brand in the future.

I bought this product and then saw that more than one dose was required. I followed the recommendation dose and saw an improvement with hair, especially my skin and nails. When it was time to buy more I choose another brand that was once a day. Definitely not getting as good results. I’m switching back. Extremely worth it if the results are important to you.

After reading the ingredients of the expensive vitamins like The Mane Choice, Hairfinity and It Works! they have one ingredient that Nature's Bounty doesn't and that is MSM. I've been taking Nature's Bounty HSN vitamins along with 2,000mg of MSM powder and my hair grew from a pixie cut to a chin length bob in about 8 months.

From all the dying of my hair in my teens and 20's my hair has gotten very thin and breaks all of the time. I did a lot of research into these kind of vitamins and settled on this one due to reviews and price. Did not know what to expect as I only really have to get my hair cut twice a year, if that, to keep it at a length where it doesn't start breaking constantly. So I didn't think anything would change that. The last time I cut my hair was July and it was right to my shoulders after getting it cut. I got these pills in the middle of January and my hair was at the top of my shoulder blades. In a month and a half my hair has grown more than it has in the whole 5 months since getting my hair cut prior to taking the pills. I have also noticed more hair growing hoping that once they get long my hair will be much thicker. My hair feels much better, is more manageable and does not sound like straw being rubbed together between my fingers. I no longer have to buy expensive shampoos to prevent damage or for volume, I barely have any hair fall in the shower or during brushing. And during the day I would no longer have loose hairs fall down my shirt and make my back itch or get lose hairs all over the back of my shirts. I could run my hands through my hair and have absolutely no broken hairs. ***PLEASE NOTE: when I first started taking the pills I was drinking a lot of water and that's when I saw the most results and I did not take all 3 pills at once. I had one with each meal I figured having a constant stream of the vitamins in my system would be better than taking a high dose all at once and then having nothing in my system by the time I took it the next day. The last couple of weeks of the bottle I wasn't really drinking much water and would take all pills at the same time due to being busy and not getting more chances to eat and what not. I feel like if I would have stuck to the water routine and spacing the pills out the entire time the results would be even more dramatic than they are. Also, to avoid nasty smell/taste after taking them, swallow the pill right before you eat.

Would love to give a true review of this product but I am unable to open the “safety cap” I understand the reason for it but when an adult is unable to get it open it is then just ridiculous. I need to wait until I can find someone strong enough to open the bottle, it’s just not suppose to be that difficult

I have been taking these vitamins every day for about 6 months now. I absolutely abhor taking vitamins, but for whatever reason have stuck with these. I notice people say they don't like the smell, but I never even noticed one with these. Most vitamins get stuck in my asophogus and I taste them all day - these slide right down with no aftertaste. I have clearly noticed a difference in my hair, skin and nails. My nails are so long and strong. My skin has a much smoother appearance to it now. And I feel like my hair is growing longer due to less split ends. I would absolutely recommend these.

I took the 30 day challenge and my hair has grown tremendously!!! My nails are stronger, my skin is clearer and I can't say enough about my hair!!! This product has worked wonders for me. It will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family.

I've been using this for two years now. It's amazing! There have been times that I've missed taking them for a few days and it shows. This really does provide what your hair, skin and nails need. I notice an improvement after taking for just a few days. I'm a loyal user! Love this!!

I honestly can't really say for sure if there's much of an improvement using supplements such as these. I believe it is something you have to continuously take for months in order to actually notice an improvement and I feel the improvement may be very slight if at all. I do recommend this brand of products. I trust the brand and have used some other supplements by them. Overall, I feel that it is difficult to truly know if certain supplements make a difference but I believe they are worth trying. You're paying a small price to try to improve your health in certain aspects, even if it's just in your hair, skin or nails. So why not?!
