Nature's Bounty is one of my favorite hair skin and nail vitamin brands. I like it because I truly believe that I can see a difference in my hair skin and nails. And I don't feel like it takes very long to see a difference maybe a month and a half. And for the money they're very reasonable so I can buy them whenever I need them.

I started using the extra strength hoping to get better results than the gummies. Within two weeks, I noticed I had nails! Mind you, I've used everything in the market, even formaldehyde (ouch!). My nails were as thin as onions, and peeled like them too...now my nails are hard and growing steadily - no chipping, cracking, peeling. I have also noticed a difference in my hair, face and skin. But it's the nails that..."nailed me" to continue use and recommend! No more acrylics!!!

I have bought this vitamin and its been the best thing I ever did!!! I am a mixed race (Hispanic and Indian ) after using vitamin my skin is softer and my hair has a high shine keep in mind my hair always been jet black and in fact I got offered to start in a commercial because my hair is amazing .

I haven't notice any skin and hair differences as of yet. It's a recent purchase. It requires me to take three pink coated softgels. I have notice some nail growth so that good. I will continue to take the pills and hopefully I will see more changes.

I bought this product and then saw that more than one dose was required. I followed the recommendation dose and saw an improvement with hair, especially my skin and nails. When it was time to buy more I choose another brand that was once a day. Definitely not getting as good results. I’m switching back. Extremely worth it if the results are important to you.

Please could anyone tell me what is inside the liquid softgel? I am worried that the product sold to me was fake, so I cut the liquid softgel and it does not look like liquid. It is wet but looks like powder combined with oil. The smell is like fish. I thought liquid softgel means it should be liquid (for example totally oil). Could you please advise? Thanks a lot. And look forward to your feedback, I am worried.

All I can say is wow! I've only been on these a lil less than a week and my energy level feels like I did in my 30's and I'm 57 soon to be 58 yrs old. I'm trying to grow my hair out its totally white and I love it. I never had a supplement do this well in just a short period of time. Yes taking 3 pills and the smell is not very appealing BUT, I do exactly what is says and to take them with food. I take them with breakfast but to each their own. I will keep an update on to how well it does especially with my hair. I'm impressed.

My mom has used this product for a while but she doesn’t observe any improvement after using it. The product is easy to swallow. The packaging makes me buying this. It kinda attractive. It includes Vitamin C & E and HA so even though you don’t have any hair problems, you could use this as supplements daily.

Why not producing the same as a Gummy , ?!!!!! When comparing with the gummy’s this product have a considerable amount of a good vitamin a,b,c , e, ZInk but I couldn’t find the same as gummy, I wish they add them with the same label and produce it with shape of gummy , is just hard to use pills . Thanks
