Has better ingredients than the others

Easy to swallow. There's a lot in the container so it last a long time. It's also affordable for the price. I think I noticed a little difference but I have to use it longer.

After about a week of taking as directed, I became very constipated. I stopped taking the product and had to take a stool softener for 2-3 days before I could empty my bowels. I was very uncomfortable.
