Not necessary at all. Noticed no change in my skin or hair. My nails never changed. Honestly just buy biotin or if you're worried about your hair gets some castor oil or some other oil and splurge on good hair products and avoid heat. Skip the pills.

Does exactly what it says! The ingredients in here have frozen effects on your hair, skin and nails. You will definately see growth in your nails, due to the biotin. There is a definate glow in my skin, and my hair is feeling less dense, and has a little more bounce to it. This is also a great value!

My mom has used this product for a while but she doesn't observe any improvement after using it. The product is easy to swallow. The packaging makes me buying this. It kinda attractive. It includes Vitamin C & E and HA so even though you don't have any hair problems, you could use this as supplements daily.

I started using the extra strength hoping to get better results than the gummies. Within two weeks, I noticed I had nails! Mind you, I've used everything in the market, even formaldehyde (ouch!). Please could anyone tell me what is inside the liquid softgel? I am worried that the product sold to me was fake, so I cut the liquid softgel and it does not look like liquid. It is wet but looks like powder combined with oil. The smell is like fish. I thought liquid softgel means it should be liquid (for example totally oil). Could you please advise? Thanks a lot. I have bought this vitamin and its been the best thing I ever did!!! I am a mixed race (Hispanic and Indian ) after using vitamin my skin is softer and my hair has a high shine keep in mind my hair always been jet black and in fact I got offered to start in a commercial because my hair is amazing .

I bought this product and was surprised to see the capsule color. The color was maroon with glittery shimmers on each tablet. This color looked like nail polish! I was appalled to see how unnatural these vitamins looked. On the ingredients it's lists the dangerous 'titanium dioxide' added for color. Titanium dioxide is found in paints and plastics. It should no be in vitamins! Do not buy this product!

I have been taking these as recommended for almost a month. I can tell a huge difference in my nails. Longer and stronger. It's hard to tell of there has been a change in my skin or hair. But so far I am happy. My only complaint is they the aftertaste is a little off. But it doesnt last long.
