I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE them. I like asking them because they are a pretty pink color. Also, I saw results fast. I used to take the gummy form, but I noticed quicker results with the capsule form. They have a weird smell, but my hair has NEVER been softer. My hair and skin look great. My nails are growing faster than usual, so I keep having to cut them. My goal was longer and shinier hair, I don’t really care for having long nails. This is definitely a must have for hair growth and just better hair quality over all.

I used to use expensive fertilizer treatment for my edges, I began using this product a year ago, I see tremendous growth even the edges of my hair has grown back ,my skin is clearer and my nails are stronger and longer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the original formula for years and appreciated its efficacy.The Extra stength formula contains Iron and toomuch manganese. Just return to your original formula. We dont need the Extra Strength.Tablets have metallic coating YUKK!!!

I have been using the product for about a year now and it does what it says it suppose to do. My nails grow strong, hair grows and skin is clearer. There are people saying the company changed the formula. It works for me and I will continue using it because I am happy with the results it has provided me. I used to drink Biotin by itself but it has a sufficient amount in it.

I bought this product and was surprised to see the capsule color. The color was maroon with glittery shimmers on each tablet. This color looked like nail polish! I was appalled to see how unnatural these vitamins looked. On the ingredients it's lists the dangerous 'titanium dioxide' added for color. Titanium dioxide is found in paints and plastics. It should no be in vitamins! Do not buy this product!

I have been taking these as recommended for almost a month. I can tell a huge difference in my nails. Longer and stronger. It's hard to tell of there has been a change in my skin or hair. But so far I am happy. My only complaint is they the aftertaste is a little off. But it doesnt last long.

I am a mixed race (Hispanic and Indian ) after using vitamin my skin is softer and my hair has a high shine keep in mind my hair always been jet black and in fact I got offered to start in a commercial because my hair is amazing .

Not necessary at all. Noticed no change in my skin or hair. My nails never changed. Honestly just buy biotin or if you're worried about your hair gets some castor oil or some other oil and splurge on good hair products and avoid heat. Skip the pills.
