I’ve been taking these vitamins for the past two months and my hair as grown 2 inches. Usually hair grows ½ in per month. These are amazing 10/10 and would 100% recommend. The only thing is they sometimes have that after taste from the pill capsule that lingers.

After reading the ingredients of the expensive vitamins like The Mane Choice, Hairfinity and It Works! they have one ingredient that Nature's Bounty doesn't and that is MSM. I've been taking Nature's Bounty HSN vitamins along with 2,000mg of MSM powder and my hair grew from a pixie cut to a chin length bob in about 8 months.

I do prefer the gummies, but I must say that these do work. I am 61 years old and my hair was thin to start with, but while these have thickened my hair slightly, they have really decreased the amount I lose while washing or combing my hair. Hardly any! My nails are super strong as well. Highly recommend these.

I bought this product and was surprised to see the capsule color. The color was maroon with glittery shimmers on each tablet. This color looked like nail polish! I was appalled to see how unnatural these vitamins looked. On the ingredients it's lists the dangerous 'titanium dioxide' added for color. Titanium dioxide is found in paints and plastics. It should no be in vitamins! Do not buy this product!

Would love to give a true review of this product but I am unable to open the “safety cap” I understand the reason for it but when an adult is unable to get it open it is then just ridiculous. I need to wait until I can find someone strong enough to open the bottle, it’s just not suppose to be that difficult

I used to have baby hairs sticking out all across my hair line and fine, limp hair. Since I started using this product, my hair feels full and my baby hairs have all completely grown out. My hair looks great and I'm no longer embarrassed to pull my hair back into a ponytail

I took these soft gels for about 2 weeks as instructed. Shortly after I started taking them I started also having stomach issues like bloating and pain. I found that they contain soy oil and soy lecithin which I am very sensitive to so I have stopped taking them and my symptoms subsided. I wish there was a version that was soy free.

Really like this these vitamins. I switched over from the gummy version and prefer these better. I take 3 a day per the directions, usually with dinner. I love that I'm getting the vitamins I need and how it's helping my hair, nails and skin too. I would recommend them for someone looking for more then just regular multivitamins.

What I don’t like it’s a stinky fishy smell of this dietary supplement capsules. The effect it takes a time to collect in the body so I’m still tasting this product. It comes at plastic packaging. Natures Bounty brand says it’s an Extra strength Hair, Skin, Nails softgels advanced with 5000 mg Biotin and Argan oil infused. Plus there is antioxidant vitamins C & E. Plus Hyaluronic Acid. 120 count For adults, take three softgels daily, preferably with a meal.
