I have been taking these vitamins every day for about 6 months now. I absolutely abhor taking vitamins, but for whatever reason have stuck with these. I notice people say they don't like the smell, but I never even noticed one with these. Most vitamins get stuck in my asophogus and I taste them all day - these slide right down with no aftertaste. I have clearly noticed a difference in my hair, skin and nails. My nails are so long and strong. My skin has a much smoother appearance to it now. And I feel like my hair is growing longer due to less split ends. I would absolutely recommend these.

I have been using this product for abt 1 month now, no improvement wats soever, i barely notice My nail growing let alone hair and skin. just a waste of money. I will definately go back to my gnc hair, skin and nails. The word argan was decieving for me that made me pick this item... the capsule color is pretty though and it doesnt upset my stomach however it didnt do wat its supposed to my nails, skin and hair.

I started taking the gummy 2500mg and I have noticed a big difference in my hair , my edges are growing, My nails are out of control with growth (used to do my nails every month and now I have to do them every two weeks) my skin is a little struggle but overall the product is great. I will continue this product forever. I have only been taking this product for a month. I will be back in two months with my review. I have recommended this product to my daughters.

Please could anyone tell me what is inside the liquid softgel? I am worried that the product sold to me was fake, so I cut the liquid softgel and it does not look like liquid. It is wet but looks like powder combined with oil. The smell is like fish. I thought liquid softgel means it should be liquid (for example totally oil). Could you please advise? Thanks a lot. And look forward to your feedback, I am worried.

I do prefer the gummies, but I must say that these do work. I am 61 years old and my hair was thin to start with, but while these have thickened my hair slightly, they have really decreased the amount I lose while washing or combing my hair. Hardly any! My nails are super strong as well. Highly recommend these.

I like the benefits of this product working for hair, nails, and skin however I am not a fan of the titanium dioxide and carmine added. Carmine is regulated in most countries now as it is made from bugs. I like the clear capsules unlike the added coloring to the pills.

I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE them. I like asking them because they are a pretty pink color. Also, I saw results fast. I used to take the gummy form, but I noticed quicker results with the capsule form. They have a weird smell, but my hair has NEVER been softer. My hair and skin look great. My nails are growing faster than usual, so I keep having to cut them. My goal was longer and shinier hair, I don’t really care for having long nails. This is definitely a must have for hair growth and just better hair quality over all.
