Please could anyone tell me what is inside the liquid softgel? I am worried that the product sold to me was fake, so I cut the liquid softgel and it does not look like liquid. It is wet but looks like powder combined with oil. The smell is like fish. I thought liquid softgel means it should be liquid (for example totally oil). Could you please advise? Thanks a lot. I took these soft gels for about 2 weeks as instructed. Shortly after I started taking them I started also having stomach issues like bloating and pain. I found that they contain soy oil and soy lecithin which I am very sensitive to so I have stopped taking them and my symptoms subsided. I wish there was a version that was soy free.

I've been taking Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails consistently for a few months now, and overall I'm pleased with the results. The softgels are easy to swallow and which I like because I don't like eating the gummies. It's a little pricey but well worth it.

I only started using this product today, so to early for a review. The label says to take with a meal. Is that really necessary? I have also have been taking biotin for several years now in very large doses 5-10 thousand mcg. It has not done anything for my hair skin or nails. I need something that will work. My nails are so weak. They break constantly! I need help. I take my medicine in the morning before breakfast. Some need to be on a empty stomach. The dermatologist that I went to was no help. Something has to work!!

Nature's Bounty is one of my favorite hair skin and nail vitamin brands. I like it because I truly believe that I can see a difference in my hair skin and nails. And I don't feel like it takes very long to see a difference maybe a month and a half. And for the money they're very reasonable so I can buy them whenever I need them.

These are my favorite to take for my hair and nails. My nail salon has stated that my nails feel stronger. My hair stylist has said she sees less hair falling out. As I get in my mid 30 these two things are very important to me. I highly recommend this.

I switched to this product after using a more expensive hair supplement because I found out that the same ingredients and amounts that are in the more expensive brands are also found in this one too for less than half the cost. I have been taking this product for almost a year on a daily basis and I do notice continued hair and nail growth. I am very pleased with the results of these hair vitamins. My stylist even uses it herself and says she recommends this product to her other clients after noticing how healthy and thick my hair is. Highly recommended product and it does work with daily and continued use. I would recommend 2 months continued use for a good comparison on hair and nail growth.

I have been using this product for abt 1 month now, no improvement wats soever, i barely notice My nail growing let alone hair and skin. just a waste of money. I will definately go back to my gnc hair, skin and nails. The word argan was decieving for me that made me pick this item... the capsule color is pretty though and it doesnt upset my stomach however it didnt do wat its supposed to my nails, skin and hair.
