I like these vitamins, it's just something about them that keeps my hair and nails strong. You get plenty for your money and they also taste good like sweet gummies.

My nails and hair especially I have noticed the biggest difference with. It is a vitamin so it is a little expensive, but with how well it works, it doesn’t bother me that much.

Does exactly what it says! The ingredients in here have frozen effects on your hair, skin and nails. You will definately see growth in your nails, due to the biotin. There is a definate glow in my skin, and my hair is feeling less dense, and has a little more bounce to it. This is also a great value!

Excuse me,why do the capsules are dark pink color in 150 capsules container? And why the capsules are turning into brown in color in 250 capsules container? Are they different in color??? Pls reply me why the colors are not the same. Thanks. 1st photo is from 150 count.

I like the benefits of this product working for hair, nails, and skin however I am not a fan of the titanium dioxide and carmine added. Carmine is regulated in most countries now as it is made from bugs. I like the clear capsules unlike the added coloring to the pills.

I have been using these vitamins for about two years now and have certainly noticed a difference in the condition of my skin, nails and hair. My skin looks clearer, and my nails and hair grow faster. I also feel (in my opinion) these vitamins even help me not to feel as tired as I was feeling before I started taking them.

I have from what I can remember terrible skin, thin hair and my nails were pretty much weak and didn’t grow much. I have been taking Nature’s Bounty hair nail and skin vitamin for close to 4 months now and while my hair grows faster it is still thin, my skin has softened but what an awesome difference in my nails.
