I used to use expensive fertilizer treatment for my edges, I began using this product a year ago, I see tremendous growth even the edges of my hair has grown back ,my skin is clearer and my nails are stronger and longer. This is an excellent product and I would recommend it to all of my friends family and colleagues.

I had tried regular biotin from the $ store and it did absolutely nothing. I decided to give this product a try. I must admit I was skeptical! Wow! Is all I can say. I only started using this product today, so to early for a review. The label says to take with a meal. Is that really necessary? I have also have been taking biotin for several years now in very large doses 5-10 thousand mcg. It has not done anything for my hair skin or nails. I need something that will work. My nails are so weak. They break constantly! I need help. I take my medicine in the morning before breakfast. Some need to be on a empty stomach. The dermatologist that I went to was no help. Something has to work!!

These are great for fast hair growth. I'm not into gummies so I really like these come in a soft gel form. Very easy to swallow and be done with it. They're extra strength and have 2x's the Biotin, argan oil infused plus 100% daily value of 9 key nutrients. They also contain antioxidants vitamin A, C and E plus hyaluronic acid. I've never noticed a change in my skin or much nail growth with these my nails are short and brittle but I always she a change in my hair. You can pick some up at many retailers nearby.

Nature Bounty is the only brand I trust and the quality never switches up over the years. I'll definitely be loyal to this product since I've seen strengthening in my nails yep I'm definitely going to be a lifelong customer it's affordable and great I love it.

I haven't notice any skin and hair differences as of yet. It's a recent purchase. It requires me to take three pink coated softgels. I have notice some nail growth so that good. I will continue to take the pills and hopefully I will see more changes.

I bought this product and then saw that more than one dose was required. I followed the recommendation dose and saw an improvement with hair, especially my skin and nails. When it was time to buy more I choose another brand that was once a day. Definitely not getting as good results. I’m switching back. Extremely worth it if the results are important to you.

I have been taking these vitamins every day for about 6 months now. I absolutely abhor taking vitamins, but for whatever reason have stuck with these. I notice people say they don't like the smell, but I never even noticed one with these. Most vitamins get stuck in my asophogus and I taste them all day - these slide right down with no aftertaste. I have clearly noticed a difference in my hair, skin and nails. My nails are so long and strong. My skin has a much smoother appearance to it now. And I feel like my hair is growing longer due to less split ends. I would absolutely recommend these.

I bought this product and was surprised to see the capsule color. The color was maroon with glittery shimmers on each tablet. This color looked like nail polish! I was appalled to see how unnatural these vitamins looked. On the ingredients it's lists the dangerous 'titanium dioxide' added for color. Titanium dioxide is found in paints and plastics. It should no be in vitamins! Do not buy this product!

I honestly can't really say for sure if there's much of an improvement using supplements such as these. I believe it is something you have to continuously take for months in order to actually notice an improvement and I feel the improvement may be very slight if at all. I do recommend this brand of products. I trust the brand and have used some other supplements by them. Overall, I feel that it is difficult to truly know if certain supplements make a difference but I believe they are worth trying. You're paying a small price to try to improve your health in certain aspects, even if it's just in your hair, skin or nails. So why not?!
