I have been using this product for years, and it has made no difference to my fragile nails, which are still peeling away. I wish I could applaud it for strengthening my hair, but there again I don't see much difference.

Holy hair growth!!! My hair hasn't felt this thick in a long time! My nails are growing quicker and much thicker too! Keep in mind one dose is 3 pills 😕 other than that I'll continue to buy!

I started 3 months ago and have noticed visible improvement in hair skin and nails but WHY the metallic color? I’m very careful with ingredients taken and would love these more without color.

I take these everyday and my hair and nails have never looked better. The taste is great and you get alot of your money. All the ingredients are good for you and definitely make a difference.

My nails and hair especially I have noticed the biggest difference with. It is a vitamin so it is a little expensive, but with how well it works, it doesn't bother me that much.

I just purchased a new bottle. The old formula worked really well for me. I'm hoping the company didn't change the formula like some reviewers have speculated. I'll put 5 stars now, for the last bottle I had, but will update after 40 days.

I have been taking Nature's Bounty Hair,Skin,&Nails Supplements past 2 years and I must say it is really effective. It has VitaminD, A,E,B-6,f folate, vitamin B-12,etc.

The product is fabulous but the metallic pink softgels make me feel like I'm taking a step backwards. Just doesn't feel right when I'm trying to do good. I would have given this product 5 stars if it had a better casing.

These pills have a sufficient amount of biotin, vitamin E, and horsetail. With consistent use, I believe they are helpful. The have a weird aftertaste, which is probably my only issue with them.
