Vitamins are effective. But the size of the pill is quite large and difficult to swallow. Personally, I had a feeling in my stomach for the whole day from them.

When I use these hair skin and nails vitamins regularly I notice a different in my skin and nails. Hair it’s harder to notice but I’m sure it’s working there too.

This is my favorite biotin supplement yet. The pills are pink and pretty and you have to take 3 of them so I feel like I’m really getting a lot of biotin in my system to make my hair grow
