[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a shed that I turned into a workshop. It got really hot in there so I got the to cool things down. I like that this is lower profile not taking up much space and that is really quite. It does a really great job cooling down the shed without needing to crank it way down. The window spacers are kind on the cheaper side so I had to modify it some so air didn't escape. Beyond that, this is a great air conditioner. I recommend it.

Great product, not too loud, cools very good. Bad thing is that remote is very basic and works only on a short distance (not good at all) Control button on the AC also need improvement, not easy to control. The app also needs work with temperature selection, too many steps to arrive anywhere...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy instillation. Boyfriend had it up and running in less than 20 min. Low energy use looks to be good. Cools room quickly. Noise level is less than the fan we had running before. The only noticeable thing that made this rating a 4 instead of a 5 is when it switches between the fan and cooler it makes a bump noise and jerking. T

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for an extra room upstairs in our house where our son decided that he wanted his room. This unit was very easy to install in the window as you just secure it to the window with some screws. It fits perfectly and is sturdy in the window. The noise level of this unit is great. I remember having window units before that were so loud it was hard to hear the TV...this one is not totally quiet but even on the highest setting it is easy to hear the TV or talk to others in the room. We like the fact that you can use the app to control it with out having to run all the way up the steps in case you forget to turn it off or even when our son is on the way home he can turn it on to cool the room down. This unit cools a room down quickly and keeps the room comfortable.

The word quiet doesn't even begin to describe how quiet this ac is! It is truly amazing. This is for an office setting and at day's end I'm never sure if the ac is even on (I always turn them off at night before leaving) if it wasn't for the room being cool. Works great and well worth the cost!

I love the fact it has Wifi, I can turn it on before I head out to the shop so its cooled down when i go inside. Easy to install and easy to run. It doesnt get much better than this. Thanks GE

The AC is great. Quiet but strong. Wi-Fi seems to be working flawlessly. Only 1 incident where it was not connecting but I think it had something to do with our Wi-Fi, not the AC unit itself. Did a hard reset and no issues since then. Contemplating about getting a second unit for the other room to replace our old one.

This air conditioner functions nicely, but it can’t be installed properly because the screws to secure the air conditioner to the window are so tight they cannot be loosened and in fact have destroyed my screwdriver. Also, the app is not allowing email sign up, and therefore cannot be used

I was so hopeful with this AC, the design nice, it cooled well, not noisy, easy to install, however 3 days later started making very loud mechanical noises, which I knew were off, called for support and everyday had to listen to this loud knocking noise , ratting noice etc. this was not a cheap AC, I am just hopeful it can be fixed.

Works great! Cools wonderfully. Nice & quiet. The ONLY reservation I have is that it makes a sound when the fan starts that sounds like a loose/failing fan belt on a car. This worries me. :( The sound has not proved to be a indication of performance or unit failure, which is good. Let's keep our fingers crossed!
