Putting the grill together

The 3 d instructions helped I like that they put extra screws in with it that helped took me awhile but no to bad to put together

looks good but missing the ignitor button

went well building, took 2 people an hour and a half to complete... come to find out we are missing the ignitor button

Easy to assemble.

The app for the 3D assembly process made it very easy to follow directions, but you need the book to identify parts and screws.

Well built griddle.

Well built. Lots of screws to install. Quality design. Seasoning the griddle now so haven’t cooked on it yet.

Easier

The lady talking didn’t mention the minor differences on like 4 parts which slowed the process down a little. Other than that everything was great.

the parts were referred to by #, but the parts were not numbered, so it took some time to compare pictures to figure it out.

Confusing assembly

If a caveman carved instructions in a 10,000 year old cave, I would wager those would be better than whatever is printed in the manual. I hope the griddle is half decent after assembling this thing..

B20 ISSUE

B20 was loose in the box but is not part of the install instructions so i have multiple concerns. Where is its proper location How do I ensure I properly install Is there safety or damage risk if not handled or install correctly

Thank you for your inquiry. Troubleshooting is difficult over comments but we are here to help. B20 is the heat shield for the ignition module, it is supposed to be pre-installed BEHIND the control panel as part of the ignition module. There is an opening between the control panel and the firebox where you can look up underneath and see if your ignition module is in place with the heat shield included.
