What an incredibly high quality product for an astoundingly low price! I love the fact that this griddle has been [slightly] modified from the models found on YouTube. There, reviewers complained about stickers that wouldn't come off without brake cleaner and that there weren't extra parts, but now the stickers are literally attached with magnets and there's extra parts! It makes me want to keep the promotional materials attached between uses. ;) Haven't cooked anything yet...but we're genuinely looking forward to many, many meals and years with this well-designed and manufactured griddle!

Just as good as a Blackstone and the best value for the money, especially since this griddle was on sale! I’m a 5’ 2”, senior-aged female who assembled the grill on my own. The BILT 3D video instructions were very helpful and made the process less intimidating and so easy. I only needed my husband to help lift the griddle out of the box; place it on the base; and to help align the 2 lid covers.

There were times where I got frustrated cause I couldn’t find pieces but man the tutorial and the 3d display made it so much easier too me a little longer than I wanted but very satisfied can’t wait to get it seasoned and get too cooking been wanting one for a while more thank y’all for such an easy assembly!

Nice unit, on sale for $199.00 YOU can not buy one at a better price. Good value, took me 3 hours to assemble. The front facing has 2 holes that need to be on the bottom NOT top! I made that mistake myself and had to take apart 4 very not accessible screws and turn the piece upside down so the holes were facing down. Other than that pretty easy did it with just me.

The slides were great. The follow through the steps were spot on. The only thing I would improve is to specify the need for two additional tools you’re gonna need one would be a 8 mm and 10 mm wrench, for the nuts or use a small adjustable wrench. Other than that, everything was great and spot on.

Assembly was easy. Seems sturdy and solid. The griddle is large and heavy, which is good. This is my first griddle, but I have used a cast iron plate on my pellet grill. First and only use so far after seasoning I made smash burgers. They turned out well, but the surface temp didn’t decrease with dials very well… kept a temp of 400 degrees. Still new though. Overall I’m satisfied.

The only thing I could say is maybe I wish things were labeled so I didn’t have to guess like the shape, size, and in which direction it went because out of all that one piece was on upside down and had to flip it around to get another piece to work about 10 steps later down the road.

Can't recommend this griddle enough. It's sturdy and well build. The sides that cover the top are a nice bonus. The cast iron cook top is sturdy. It seasoned well. I cooked bacon, sausage, hash browns for the family at the same time. It was so nice doing it all at once compared to doing one at a time. Can't wait to use it more.

everything is good . i really like the interaction software. the only thing is parts numeration/labeling is way off . Sams comes in boxes that go from P1-p8 it doesnt have parts number. so i had to guess which part to get and screw on. thankfully the software shows how the parts look.

I bought this yesterday, on sale, saved $50 dollars. I was very impressed with the quality of the product. The instructions were very simple to follow. All the hardware was included and even a package of extra parts was included. The parts lined up to the pre-designed holes and hardware in each section of the unit. A real nice vinyl cover was also included. I would recommend this Members Mark 4 Burner Griddle to everyone. GREAT QUALITY PRODUCT AND PURCHASE!!
