Just got the griddle and assembled it today. The 3d instructions helped a lot. I noticed the I could not season the front of the griddle. So I reversed the griddle and set it back. It's seasoned pretty well now. Haven't cooked on it yet

After seeing the griddle on display in the store, I decided to buy one, especially since it was on sale! I’m a 5’ 3” senior-aged female who assembled the grill on my own. The BILT app and 3D video instructions were very helpful and made the process less intimidating. I only needed my husband to help lift the griddle out of the box; place it on the base; and to help align the 2 lid covers. This griddle has all the functionality of a Blackstone but at a better price.

This griddle works great for the price point. The instructions were fairly easy to follow but some guidance on what piece is what would make it easier. Also why the heck is the grease trap in the front and a small hole... It would be nice to be able to push the grease and drippings into a bigger hole and it be at the back of the griddle. Who wants to scrape grease toward you???

After reading reviews about not having good assembly instructions, I was a little hesitant on the time it would take to assemble. However the instruction was clear and simply given detail illustrations which any competent person could do. The quality and construction of the griddle is excellent for the price point. It cooks my food wonderfully, just make sure you follow the instruction on how to seasoned ( burned-in) the griddle to provide a nonstick coating.

We picked up the griddle on sale for $50 off as part of Sam's Fourth of July sale. For $200 plus tax, I thought "Why not? Let's get on the griddle bandwagon." First and foremost, this thing is heavy, about 150 pounds in the box, and half of that seems to be the griddle top, which suggests to me durability. Second, as noted by others, the assembly instructions. Once I tuned into the style and orientation of the schematic drawings, the instructions were well organized and logical. There's not a whole lot of words to follow, just the graphics, the illustrations. Third, the quality of the griddle seems to be excellent. The assembled product is stable and shows a good fit and finish without any excessive gaps between the parts, or blemishes in the paint . From a cosmetic or appearance perspective, the only thing I might ask for is a "cabinet" around the lower section holding the propane tank. Yes, that feature is available on the five burner unit with the same surface area, but I was not inclined to spend double my cost for an extra burner and a cabinet. The unit does come with a good quality, well fitting cover and I think that it will serve well when the unit is not in use Finally, regarding the seasoning of the new griddle top, I watched numerous YouTube videos to get an understanding of the process and I think that my time was well spent. The griddle took the seasoning well and with a couple more coats, I should be ready to cook for my family on the Fourth. All told, this seems to be a VERY well crafted product and I am very pleased.

What an incredibly high quality product for an astoundingly low price! I love the fact that this griddle has been [slightly] modified from the models found on YouTube. There, reviewers complained about stickers that wouldn't come off without brake cleaner and that there weren't extra parts, but now the stickers are literally attached with magnets and there's extra parts! It makes me want to keep the promotional materials attached between uses. ;) Haven't cooked anything yet...but we're genuinely looking forward to many, many meals and years with this well-designed and manufactured griddle!

Can't recommend this griddle enough. It's sturdy and well build. The sides that cover the top are a nice bonus. The cast iron cook top is sturdy. It seasoned well. I cooked bacon, sausage, hash browns for the family at the same time. It was so nice doing it all at once compared to doing one at a time. Can't wait to use it more.

The slides were great. The follow through the steps were spot on. The only thing I would improve is to specify the need for two additional tools you’re gonna need one would be a 8 mm and 10 mm wrench, for the nuts or use a small adjustable wrench. Other than that, everything was great and spot on.

The 3D video guidance was very helpful, unfortunately the parts are not labeled but it was easy to figure out. I was able to build in on my own, the griddle is heavy so I would recommend some help with that. It’s my first griddle and I’m excited to use it.

Set it up in a little over an hour, fairly simple. Although the 3D tutorial isbgreat at times, on a small screen is is easy to overlook details. Pay attention to the orientation of the holes on the legs as this will be important for all the steps after connecting them. Outside that, once the body of the grill was set up I found it easier to use the paper instructions. Seasoning was simple to do also. So far so good.
