There were parts missing(screws “D” NO-24UNCx13). Went to Home Depot and purchased two packs of 8 screws each. Waiting for griddle accessory kit to arrive to season the griddle and start cooking. The 3D instruction on BILT App along with written instructions made assembly pretty easy.

Just purchased this griddle and i can say this is a well built and sturdy grill. I looked at several griddles including the blackstones and i came to the decision quuckly this one is a much better built griddle. It took me about 2 hours to assemble this and it was in about 100 pieces to complete the project. What was the most amazing thing was the price, this one is about half the cost of a similar blackstone griddle. Seasoning was very easy and took another 2 hours to do, but wow what can i say is after i got done cooking its first round ckeanup was a breeze and the griddle looks awesone.

So far so good. Cooked chipotle chicken that I found on YT. Turned out awesome. Was not sure how I was going to like the metal shelves/top from the pictures. But they are plenty strong. Believe they can hold 22lbs each. Comes with a cover. Happy I didnt spend more.

I bought this July 9, 2025. We put it together a week later. Where the instructions called for 2 screws to be installed for securing the grease pan, there were no holes. When we tried to season it, all the grease ran to the back left corner of the griddle. When we did trouble shooting it to us to adjust the "adjustment screw on the rear of the griddle. There was absolutely NOTHING there. When we call the support line we could NOT get them to understand there are not adjustment screws there. They said they would sent information to help. It was the same we had been seeing but there STILL was nothing on the griddle to adjust. We called back and submitted pictures and got a response stating that the medal expands type of answer. The grease goes to the back left corner hot or cold.

Great griddle, especially for those who want to save a buck or two or more. Got what I paid for. Work great. Screws and final build not as sturdy as it could be. I have to periodically tighten some screws here and there, but the overall griddle remains pretty sturdy.

Never used it. It arrived damaged.
