Purchased a month ago and have been using it regularly. Very easy to assemble if you follow the included instructions both the written and picture assembly instructions. Built in a few hours taking my time to ensure I completely followed the steps in order. Follow the seasoning instructions closely as well. Once you have it seasoned it is a great grill very easy to control temps and clean after use. It does a great job on burgers, cheese steaks and everything else we have tried. Excellent layout of burners and cleanup drain with plenty of space to cook on.

I bought a Blackstone Grill last year for about $399.00 This is so much better than the Blackstone. Designed and functionality so much better. I like the folding lid/shelf cover, propane tank under the grill vs blocking my Blackstone shelves from folding completely down. Also love that the drip pan is in the front tucked away easy to get to and dump. My Blackstone protrudes out the back hard to reach and also always a problem when I try to cover it. Bonus for $174 the Member mark comes with a cover. Awesome deal

I purchased this on a whim, and I'm glad I did. I thought it was fun to assemble (others may disagree). It works great! It was easy to season. Some complained about the grease trap hole being up front, but I don't mind its placement. My only REAL complaint is that they didn't use spinning casters for all four corners. Two stationary casters makes moving it slightly more difficult (have to pick up the end and swing it around).

Just purchased this griddle and i can say this is a well built and sturdy grill. I looked at several griddles including the blackstones and i came to the decision quuckly this one is a much better built griddle. It took me about 2 hours to assemble this and it was in about 100 pieces to complete the project. What was the most amazing thing was the price, this one is about half the cost of a similar blackstone griddle. Seasoning was very easy and took another 2 hours to do, but wow what can i say is after i got done cooking its first round ckeanup was a breeze and the griddle looks awesone.

I am not sure what all of the complaints regarding assembly are all about. I assembled this in just under 2 hours. Take your time and pay attention to the orientation shown in the diagrams. Did not have to use any online help. Seasoning is lighter towards the front as others have mentioned, but so far quality seems very good

If this is supposed to replace using the manual u should probably make sure it tells u what screws to use I stopped using it after step one because I kept having to go back to the instructions to figure out what hardware to use it was not useful to me in the slightest

This is really a good looking griddle, but very poorly made. Nov 2024 I ordered one, by Jam 2025 I returned it . thought it was a fluke,so I returned that one and Sam's replaced it with a brand new one. After a couple months screws begian to fall out, parts cam loose. This is a great grill if you put it in one place and NEVER MOVE IT. Or else it will fall apart
