[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it in Nov 2022 and this month the refrig was not getting cold enough for food to store safely (55 -60 degrees). We had to have someone come out to replace the motor. It took them 2 weeks to come out and do this after multiple calls/complaints from me and my husband.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The night I ordered this fridge, the one my was using stopped working. We had to wait a week and a half for delivery, but it was worth it! I thought this was going to be a smaller apartment sized fridge, but it's that nice balance between a small fridge and a full sized fridge. I love how we can add an ice maker in the future. The humidity controlled drawers are nice, even if you don't keep fruits and veggies separate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG promised delivery in 2 days. So I purchased the fridge, but delivery came almost 10 days later. The people in charge of delivery had no clue when delivery would be made even till 2 hours before actual delivery. Messed up processes!!!

Not a happy camper.

Not happy at all with my refrigerator. The freezer door pops open every time we shut the refrigerator door also refrigerator and freezer doors hit each other when they are opened at the same time. The worst part is that I had to apply Velcro on a brand new appliance in order to keep my freezer door from opening. Purchased it a few months back to installed it in our new kitchen in our camp. It seems to work well if we could only keep the freezer door closed.

Great refrigerator LG , plenty of space and draws, cools evenly top and bottom, the only thing missing was a light in the freezer, why was that not included , LG has excellent engineers! and I’m sure that the cost would have been minimal. This was my reason for the 4 stars , still a very good unit.

This frig was the only one we could find that had a place for a gallon of milk in the door, really like the veggie/ fruit draws. The shelfs seem to be sturdy & plenty of room on them, the ice maker we bought for it is nice & still has lots of room on the top freezer shelf where the ice maker is. Wish the freezer had a light in it, it runs quiet we like that

We like the layout of the door racks and the shelves, However, this is the second time in less than a year we have had to have the unit repaired. The freezer hos continued to work great - keeping items frozen just fine. The fridge portion quit cooling properly and we lost food, twice! The first time, the repairman disassembled a large portion of the interior controls and said he didn't find anything wrong with the unit ... that we had the freezer too full for the air to circulate. After he put it back together it started working again. This time, this repairman said it was not our fault, that there is a bad part and he had to order it. It will take 2 weeks to get the part and him to come back to install it. In the meantime, we can still use the freezer but the fridge will mot keep perishables. We will have to wait until the repair is completed and some time passes to see if we think this was a good purchase.
