The compressor was bad when we got it and our food spoiled. It took too long to get it repaired. Now less than 2 years later the freezer has stopped working. This is very disappointing. Now we have to come up with the money to buy another fridge. We certainly won't get this brand again. Customer service was very bad when we tried to deal with the defective new fridge so we're not going to try to contact anyone again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed with every aspect of my new LG refrigerator. It is very well designed and the build is high quality. The unit is very quiet. At first I thought I would miss the traditional style handles, but the recessed ones are much better as they save space. I check the temperature of both freezer and fridge and it is always perfect. One of the best design features pertains to the freezer bins. Many brands just have a band around a molded half tray, which can allow thin things to fall out. The LG design is a bin that is one piece so nothing can fall out. The storage bins in the fridge for fruits and vegetables are also well designed and sit a bit higher than my previous unit. I even find that the door is easy to clean just with water or water with a bit of dish soap. Thanks to LG for such great quality and design.

This refrigerator is both attractive and practical! All LG products are high on my list when I look for quality items. The sleek outer design drew me to this one, and after looking at the inside, I was sold! It is roomy, the set-up of the shelving meets all of my family's needs. I recommend this model & LG products when you want good dependable products at good fair prices!!

Fridge has great lighting. Freezer makes cubes quickly. Great shelf adjustments. Very pleased with the performance and its Super quiet. Only draw back is the stainless steel and finger prints. A small price to pay for a Great Fridge. Good value for the money.

My purchase of a 20 cubic foot, freezer on top, refrigerator is just such a product. The refrigerator is just what I expected and after two weeks of service, I can determine my purchase is a good bargain. The 5 level temperature settings have worked well at the medium setting right out of the box and the refrigerator does not run constantly like my old refrigerator brand, saving me money on electricity. I like the ample storage room in the door wracks and the clear, clean looking, adjustable shelves. I'm pleased with my purchase and because its an LG, believe I will be pleased long into the future. I've always had good luck with LG products.

The door shelf holds more, too. The plastic shelves are easy to clean. I am pleased with the look of the stainless front and grey, not black sides. I like that the door opens without an outside handle. The price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this product.

I bought this refrigerator as an exact replacement for the very old refrigerator in my rental. Purchased on 11/19/23, delivered on 3/26/24. It blew my mind that a major manufacturer could lose a large item for 4 months! So far the refrigerator does what it is supposed to do. I do wish the inside LED lights were brighter or could be adjusted for brightness. It is a quiet and energy consumption is good. It has no real "features" just cooling and freezing. Manual isn't much help either, I read it a number of times.

This is our first new refrigerator and I feel like we stepped into a new century. The fridge cooled quickly, runs quietly and has great storage. We love the adjustable shelves, door storage and humidity controls on the fruits and veggies drawers. The stainless finish is so pretty and you can still put magnets on the sides! Another great feature is the hidden door handles! So convenient and modern! Helps keep finger prints off the front surface. We really couldn't be happier!
