The compressor was bad when we got it and our food spoiled. It took too long to get it repaired. Now less than 2 years later the freezer has stopped working. This is very disappointing. Now we have to come up with the money to buy another fridge. We certainly won't get this brand again. Customer service was very bad when we tried to deal with the defective new fridge so we're not going to try to contact anyone again.

The best part is the bright light inside. Easy to see everything inside especially when it is packed full. It fits a lot of stuff inside. The door shelving is wide and you can fit a lot of items on the door. We appreciate the option to not have handles that stick out. The fridge is perfect for our office!

I purchased this refrigerator 2 weeks ago. The interior and exterior design is thoughtful and well executed. Interior LED lighting gives it an air of sophistication and adjustable shelving gives great flexibility. The unit so far is operating as advertised. Two features should be added to make it perfect, LED lighting for the freezer compartment and more clearance on the bottom of the door so it doesn't hit your foot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG fridge about 6 weeks ago and have been enjoying it. Everything works out perfectly. It is quite when it is on. I love it because the freezer is on the top and it is easier to look for things inside than when the freezer is on the bottom. It is nice to have the built-in handle so nothing is puking out. The stainless steel outside looks good and easy to clean.

Our french door side by side is not really efficient. The LTCS20020W It's the perfect size inside and out, plus the cost and energy efficiency with not have a big impact on our budget. Best choice for us.

This refrigerator is both attractive and practical! All LG products are high on my list when I look for quality items. The sleek outer design drew me to this one, and after looking at the inside, I was sold! It is roomy, the set-up of the shelving meets all of my family's needs. I recommend this model & LG products when you want good dependable products at good fair prices!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator to replace my18 year old one that stopped working. It is very spacious inside and runs fairly quietly. I would have given this 5 stars but the stainless steel doors leave prints as soon as you touch them. The good part is there are no handles and it easily opens by using the areas on the door that are black plastic. The glass shelves seem sturdy and they are adjustable. I do wish there was a drawer for sliced meats and cheese, but I have adapted one of the vegetable drawers to keep these items fresh. The butter compartment does not hold small square containers of margarine/ spread, it holds a 1lb box of butter. There is a bright LED light in the refrigerator, but no light in the freezer. The freezer is roomy enough and there is a glass shelf to allow for separating frozen foods. Overall, I am pleased with the refrigerator to date.
