Delivered about a month ago. Intentionally purchased smaller fridge than what I've had in the past, so it's been a wee bit of an adjustment. Took me a while to check & recheck fridge + freezer temps since the way the air circulates differently compared to previous refrigerators but all is set as I want now. Door shelves are sturdy. LED lighting is great - easy on the eyes yet bright. Love the sleek styling w/o handle. Will admit I truly miss a meat keeper in the fridge section and wish door shelving allowed flexibility of placing butter keeper on other side. My other (larger) fridge had split glass shelving so I could "scatter" placement based on various content sizes, so I really miss that, too. I will add that when looking at any brand or model, at least in my price and style range, the split shelving simply isn't available. Still, I knew there would be a trade off when I purchased. The veggie bin temp settings seem to keep my veggies much better than previous refrigerators I've had. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Selection process was very easy. Needed to replace garage refrigerator after 20 years. I was able to upsize my existing unit by 3.5 cu ft for the same price. After receiving the unit it became apparent very quickly that this additional space would come in very useful. Haven’t touched any controls since the unit was initially powered. Both freezer and refrigerator space cooled to appropriate temps within hours. Had just a bit of an issue with the delivery process but that definitely was not a manufacturer’s issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bright interior. I bought this as a replacement for a large fridge that went bonkers. This new one is in the garage for overflow from the kitchen when the need arises. I’m very happy with the LG. It seems so much larger than the 20 sqft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently moved into a new place and the fridge that was in the kitchen was somewhat busted on the door shelves and figured to get a new one instead of keeping the old one and this one is perfect because it fits in the space and is a little larger then the last one but without the door handles it fits perfectly.

The lighting in the fridge could be better, like on each side (and lower) rather than the small centered overhead light. The freezer definitely needs a light. when an optional icemaker is offered, please offer a water filter to go along with it. So far, product is good.

So far it's been a good performing refrigerator as all the beers I've sampled so far have been ice cold. In addition to keeping my beers cold it is also the quietest refrigerator I've ever owned. You can't even hear it running. Very happy with the purchase so far.

A few months after we received our new refrigerator I noticed a noise coming from the back of the unit. I removed the panel and found a piece of plastic that had become unglued, and was being hit by a fan. I cut off the poly piece, reinstalled the back panel, and all was well, until one of the door shelves broke last month, 14 months into my ownership. Not a good sign…

It's easy to see the contents, it works efficiently, and I'm pleased with the purchase. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that the handle arrangement is a bit awkward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator quite some time a go and have had nothing but trouble with it . It takes quite a while for food to freeze, food in the bottom is going bad it ices up and does not defrost., the control to set the temp does not work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this back in May (it's September now) and so far we are satisfied with the performance. One critique I have is that there is a demo mode, which allows the unit to appear on, but not produce any cold, which is easily tripped using the temperature control button in the back. I wish this button were separate from temperature control or it was less easily tripped.
