[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great basic refrigerator. It works like it should! I like the smooth finish on the front. The refrigerator is deep, so I added plastic containers to hold small items to keep them from getting lost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this refrigerator for about six months now. So far I am very happy with it. A basic refrigerator, no bells and whistles. I put a digital thermometer inside to monitor temps, and so far, consistent temperatures maintained in the fridge. The freezer, however, might be a little too cold. At the least cold setting, ice cream is frozen to a harder consistency than I would like. It is the winter however, so this is not a major criticism. I like the large door shelves and the adjustable main shelves. I love that it is energy efficient, and very quiet. I had read other reviews of problems with the freezer door opening when the refrigerator door is closed with too much force. This can happen a bit, but the freezer door quickly closes again. It might just be a matter of how well the appliance is leveled. Be warned that there is no light inside the freezer, though this is not a dealbreaker for me. Overall, great appliance at a great price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator about 2 weeks ago, plug it in and with in 12 hours the unit failed. Contacted the warranty department and within a few minutes the process started and with in a couple days we received updates and a promise of repair. The Technician, Timothy Wilbanks, arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and with in 90 minutes had the unit up and running. This was a spare unit so time was not an issue. Timothy was very pleasant and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do.

Bone chilling cold in the refrigerator section at 37 degrees and approximately 0 degrees in the freezer. Without a doubt everything you could ask for in an appliance. Registration on line was painless and swift.

We have all been very happy with this refrigerator. LG is a great brand, and their inverter technology makes for a very quiet refrigerator, and Energy Star rating.

The door shelves are tall enough to accommodate tall bottles. The optional ice maker works well. We wish it had a meat/cheese drawer and ice maker included.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG sits low to the floor, but that’s my only complaint. I bought the LG because I was looking for quality this time around. Seven years ago I bought a Fridgidaire brand and it has broke down already. It didn’t even make it to its seventh birthday. I also love my LG gas dryer. That’s what steered me to this refrigerator. Can’t wait until I can buy the LG washer.

I wanted a good basic refrigerator, and this satisfies. It works well, is designed well, and has a relatively small footprint for it's internal space. It's quiet, except for occasional whimpering noises (which are soft, but odd). My only disappointment is that it doesn't have a freezer light. I didn't realize internal lights weren't standard, so it wasn't a "feature" I was looking for, but it's pretty obvious that it's missing. Also a bit disappointing that the "optional" ice maker appears to be unavailable anywhere.

My fruit and vegetables last for over a month in the humidity control drawers. The only thing I wish it had is a deli drawer. It really keep the food cold and has a lot of room.
