This refrigerator not only maintains its constant cooling and freezing temperatures, it is also quiet while running. I actually picked this refrigerator mainly because of it’s “No Handle” feature, and being my 1st LG Product I was confident of its great reputation of its performance. What a great choice! How do I feel now? Refrigerator installed mid-July. As of today, giving it a strong 4+ rating.So far all is good. Admittedly, I keep reminding myself I decided on a fridge smaller (from approx 22 cf to 20 cf) than I've had in past, so still adjusting to that. Pros: * Love the sleek look and "pocket" handle. Some mentioned door too close to floor, but no issue for me * Runs much quieter than previous fridge * Fruit/veggie bin performance best of any I've ever had * Sturdy glass shelves * Door bins - sturdy & will hold two gallon containers of milk * Freezer & fridge temps are holding my selected temps nicely. Cons: (again, acknowledging I downsized)... * Miss fridge meat keeper drawer a lot but such a drawer would eat up too much usable space * Doable but wish there was more fridge door storage - just enough room for my condiments and milk; bottled beverages now go on fridge shelves. In summary, pleased overall based on my downsizing decision and would recommend to others.

Quiet running, and versatile storage with movable shelves. We have a limited space for our fridge, and this model was one of very few that would fit and still provide adequate storage. Plus the stainless exterior is fantastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very quiet and works well. We are very pleased that we can put a gallon milk jug in the door! I tried to swap the door to open the other way, but one of the hinge pins was so tightly screwed in, I couldn't complete the swap, and I had to put it back the way it was. The only thing I miss from our old fridge is a "cheese drawer" for small flat items. Maybe I'll find some sort of plastic box to put somewhere inside.

It is quiet, attractive and does its job well. I set the freezer to zero F., and the cooler to 37 degrees F, and notice food staying fresh longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it in Nov 2022 and this month the refrig was not getting cold enough for food to store safely (55 -60 degrees). We had to have someone come out to replace the motor. It took them 2 weeks to come out and do this after multiple calls/complaints from me and my husband.

For many years we have been a loyal LG product fan. It all started when the company’s name is still Goldstar and transitioned to LG. They have the best refrigerator ever and the most impressive is the incredible ice maker. They make ice so fast and always ice container are full and enough even when we have big parties. You will never go wrong on an LG. We have 2 LG refrigerators now and this is the 3rd one for 23 years span.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced an old side-by-side that I had and I wanted just a basic refrigerator with no frills. This fits the bill and has a classy look to it. The inside is well appointed and spacious with adjustable shelving. The only two downsides I've found would be that the freezer doesn't have a light and the front of the fridge isn't very fingerprint resistant.
