[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator works well so far and is nice looking. My biggest regret is the way the refrigerator is designed makes it difficult to store food. They designed so the temperature box hangs way down and takes up a lot of space.You can adjust the shelves, but that doesn't really help because it takes away from space on the other shelves. There are two shelves on the door which are spacious. I would have liked to have a third one. I have to really think how much space I have when doing my shopping now.

The surface of this item will not hold magnets, so it cannot be stainless steel. My family photos are still seeking a new display location. The surface will glisten quite well if you use a stainless steel polish. The item does work as advertised so far.

I have had it already for a month, and it runs quietly. It is big enough for my family's needs. Great features, exact appointments inside. Option to open to the left side. It looks great. Finger marks on the front can easily be cleaned with a damp cloth. It is simply beautiful and works very well with my other kitchen appliance. Buy it. Mine was a great purchase. Plus, LG is a good brand. I have LG appliances and they all stand the test of time.

Extremely quiet and keeps the perfect temperature both in the Freezer compartment as well as the Lower compartment. We could not be happier and we highly recommend it. We especially like the handles built into the doors for the style and design.

This fridge is nice. Parts are sturdy. Easy to clean, easy to defrost and all the features are just what I need. I am very happy with my purchase. It fitted through the main door and the shipping and installation was a breeze. Excellent service!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has it all. Deep shelves for an entire sheet of Baklava or the large roasting tin for pulled pork. The lighting illuminates every corner. The Freezer is just as spacious. The temperature is consistent and very easy to control up or down.

I am happy with my new refrigerator but I only wish that it had a dairy drawer like some of the other models. When I called the company they said this model does not come with one and I couldn't add one to it. I did not notice that it didn't have one when I bought it. Other than that it is working good and I am happy that I was able to received it without having to wait months.

We were coming from another brand (came with the house) that had lots of bells & whistles, but we neither wanted nor needed them. Enter our LG LTCS20020S, a traditional fridge but with LG reliability. We couldn't be happier! It does everything we want, very well, and at a sweet price point to boot.

The associate who took our order was very nice and very thorough about explaining things, delivery was in a timely manner, the delivery Guy's were very nice and respectful. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not really happy with the product, but as the saying goes " you get hat you pay for". It is inferior and cheap. One example is from the very beginning, the freezer light doesn't work and never has, there is no drawer for dairy, as in cheese etc., and I cannot figure out how to take the shelves out to clean.
