[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we are very happy with our new LG. Our previous fridge was a side by side so we were hesitant at first. This fridge is slightly smaller in dimensions, but we feel it's more spacious inside. At factory recommended temperature settings it's perfectly cold enough. It a beautiful addition to our kitchen. Very happy.

We had to buy a fridge quickly when the door literally fell off our crappy old one! We choose this one because the price was great for the size. We have only had it for a few weeks, but so far it is working fine! The door catches on something...I think maybe the door shelf is hitting the veggie drawer or something? So sometimes the door won't shut on its own without being forcibly closed. Other than that it is working for us - and it has an attached door!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a Frigadaire (which had a compressor issue). Works great so far. For some reason, it pulls more power than the previous fridge, so I had to plug it into another outlet to stop tripping my line. Not sure why that's happening but it could be my kitchen wiring. Otherwise, it works fine on the medium setting, both freezer and bottom section, so we are happy.

I works great so far, no bells or whistles which I like that, just need it to keep food/drinks cold and it does. It's quiet and freezer holds quite a bit with large door shelves. just what I needed for a good price

Oud old refrigerator stopped working, and we chose this LG model as a replacement. I had to reverse the doors, but the instructions were easy to follow. It took a couple hours to do that. My only complaint is that I would like a light in the freezer. The refrigerator is very quiet, and cools perfectly.

I dont have to worry about food freezing in back of frig. Very goid upgrade from my old frig that was a different company. Also very quiet unit. Very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simple, basic, functional , adapts well with ALL interior designs Exterior wipes ABSOLUTELY spotless. Interior is smooth and easy to wipe clean. Glass shelves are a big plus for several purposes. Vegetables and fruits stay fresh so much longer with designated humidity control. LG LIFE IS GOOD AND JUST GOT BETTER.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took 3 hours (empty) on max to get to 10 & 40 degrees. It is silent between cooling and quiet when the compressor is running. A fan turns on while the refrigerator is open (from the freezer?). Freezer runs between -2 & 11 on setting 3 (of 5). Refrigerator runs between 35 & 40 on setting 4 (of 5). However, I don't keep a lot in the refrigerator. Interior white plastic stains easily, but doesn't clean easily. 1 freezer shelf. Two full-width removable glass shelves have 5 possible positions to choose from. The clear plastic of the drawers & door storage doesn't look sturdy. In contrast to other reviews, closing the refrigerator door didn't make the freezer door pop open.

I bought our refrigerator about 9 months ago and it started making funny noises I called repair service and was given instructions on what to do the operator was friendly and very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Within 25 hours a repairman called and confirmed when he would be coming. The repairman was friendly helpful fixed the problem. He was very clean with his work. I am very happy that I bought this fridge and would definitely recommend your product and service. Thank you for making this a great experience.
