It works as we expected and we really love the lighting and the outside is very neat and modern looking. We are glad we bought it. We kept the box for our 3 year old grandchild to play in. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very quiet and works well. We are very pleased that we can put a gallon milk jug in the door! I tried to swap the door to open the other way, but one of the hinge pins was so tightly screwed in, I couldn't complete the swap, and I had to put it back the way it was. The only thing I miss from our old fridge is a "cheese drawer" for small flat items. Maybe I'll find some sort of plastic box to put somewhere inside.

I noticed after about a week of using the refrigerator the beverages were not getting cold and ice cream was not freezing solid. The shelves are really odd. The shelves are made so you can only see what is in the front of the shelf everything else gets loss in the back of the shelves. If I had to do it all over, I would buy something different. I have had the repairman come out and tell me the compressor is bad but the part is not available.

We had to have someone come out to replace the motor. It took them 2 weeks to come out and do this after multiple calls/complaints from me and my husband.

I'm definately well satisfied of my new 20cu ft LG Refridgerator. Thanks LG for another well built appliance in my life.

We purchased this fridge just in the nick of time with company arriving for a week during Christmas. The features are what we were looking for and the cubic feet in fridge and freezer suit our needs quite well. We're extremely pleased with this purchase.
