This is our first new refrigerator and I feel like we stepped into a new century. The fridge cooled quickly, runs quietly and has great storage. We love the adjustable shelves, door storage and humidity controls on the fruits and veggies drawers. The stainless finish is so pretty and you can still put magnets on the sides! Another great feature is the hidden door handles! So convenient and modern! Helps keep finger prints off the front surface. We really couldn't be happier!

I really love my new refrigerator! It completely does the job. The stainless is great, easy to clean and the veggie bins are really large, which is important to me because I don't cook meat at all. Shelves are easy to clean. It keeps good temperature and I'm really happy with it. My only complaint is that it doesn't have handles. Over time, I'm sure I'll get used to sticking my fingers in the space provided without getting fingerprints everywhere, but for now it's an annoyance. On the plus side, the fingerprints wipe off cleanly with a hot rag, which isn't always the case with stainless steel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Changing the door swing direction was significantly harder than it needed to be. Having to remove parts and turn then flip them around. Never had this much trouble getting a door swing to change - what should take less than 10 minutes took close to an hour - directions were not that great. Serious wasted space at the bottom of the refrigerator door due to bins sticking out too far. Redesign in the works, maybe??

Old machine was noisy and we couldn't even open the freezer door all of the way. The LG is well proportioned, simple, quiet, well lit and good looking. It's as basic as you can get. Simple is often best...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new refrigerator quickly. This was one of the few available due to the microchip shortage. I had to reverse the door due to out kitchen layout. The process was tricky, and the bolts and screws did not fit cleanly in the new holes on the opposite sides. Doors are now misaligned and fix documented in the owners manual did not fix the problem. Storage on the door is limited. Interior lighting is poor. There is no light in the freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No frills, basic unit that works great. Love the fruits/veggies drawers with settings to seal or let out moisture where appropriate. Space is very well utilized compared to old unit. Looks good in kitchen; very happy with it.

We bought this fridge to replace a 20 year old garage side-by-side fridge. We did not need any water or ice features, so it fit the bill perfectly. The delivery and installation went very smooth. The unit holds all of our goods and still has room. I would recommend it to anyone who needs an extra fridge, or just a simple one in the house. Our main fridge in the house is a large, French door LG model, which has been an excellent unit, so we stayed with the same manufacturer.
