[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is nice looking refrigerator and like the layout but I am not pleased with the cooling. I set it as instructed, cooling and freezer on 3. The temperature in the refrigerator was 42 and freezer 20 degrees according to two accurate thermometers. 24 hours later I bumped it up to 4 and allowed 48 hours to stabilize. The refrigerator is 38 and freezer is 10 degrees. I should not have to set it on 5, maximum, with very little food in both freezer and refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with my purchase, however a couple of things I am not liking are constantly wiping Constantly cleaning fingerprints on the outside and the fruit and vegetable bins are a bit too low. I do love how deep they are though and also the door compartments are large. One more thing - the outside has too much nickel so magnets will not stick, huge disappointment.

I purchased this refrigerator about 10 months ago and it failed.to cool the refrigerator section. Up to that point I was very satisfied with the product. However the warranty claim process was terrible. Seven weeks weeks carrying ICE to make this box usable as an ice box. I particularly felt insulted by LG's continued delaying tactics.

Then the fridge portion was not cooling and frost developed in the freezer. Fortunately we had an excellent repair man from LG who found a frozen clogged tube leading from freezer to fridge. He defrosted it and reset the balance so all is well now! We like the space in the freezer and fridge.

It is a very nice fridge, but I would have liked it if I could position the shelves to accomodate a 2 ltr soft drink bottle. It's just a bit too short and I have to lay the bottles down (a bit inconvenient). otherwise, it seems great and the freezer section (without the ice maker) seems to be a little be spacier than my last fridge.

Had ice maker kit installed which has worked flawlessly. Ice cube bin easy to remove. One shortcoming, no light in freezer which hampers finding items, otherwise extremely satisfied with unit.

What's not to like? It's a top-freezer refrigerator just exactly the right width to fit through the door into our utility room. The shelves is the door are extra large, which is handy. I use a fridge thermometer and the temperature is even and stable everywhere on the shelves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for a beverage cooler and for the extra freezer space. PERFECT for us! The stainless steel is unforgiving as far as finger prints but the size and quality of the product make that easy (mostly) to overlook.

I am hoping that with simplicity of this design that it will last longer without issues. The Freezer and Refrigerator are very spacious. The fruit and vegetable drawers are also very spacious. So far, no regrets.

Needed to replace a garage refigerator that punked out after 30 years, so we got this one for our kitchen and moved the other out. We weren't looking for anything fancy. Chose this LG over other models a because the interior components seemed more sturdy. The door shelves are wide and don't wobble, adjustable interior shelves are glass, and the fruit/vegetable bins are spacious. Didn't come with a pull out drawer on the shelves (just something we were accustomed to having), but purchased a drawer that fit in perfectly. We like the recessed handles on the doors, but find the doors don't swing shut well unless you give them a good push. We plan to adjust the legs, but wish we had realized this before we filled the refigerator. This unit is a little bigger than our last and the freezer is larger, which means you must bend down a little more reaching into the refrigerator space. The only thing we don't like is the light. Empty in the store it looked fine but at home, once filled, the light placement doesn't allow it to reflect well to the lower shelves. Of course, this may be due to the way we have things arranged.
