Usually our dog is not picky about the flavor of dog food, however our dog prefers the Beef flavor & not the Chicken flavor. POPULAR to say the least! That being said, the beef flavor is a wide spread favorite for Sam's Club customer's family dogs that it frequently runs out with no guarantee of when it will be available again. Numerous times we have gone to multiple locations and they're wiped out & fill the space with extra Chicken flavored food. Now we buy multiple bags at a time to avoid unnecessary trips to waste gas & time.

Excellent nutrition for the price! Purina has put years of research into their livestock and pet products, and in these times when many are struggling financially, I appreciate the value that Purina Dog Chow provides. I have been very pleased with the condition and health of the dogs I’ve been helping to feed while they’ve been on Purina Dog Chow. Dogs have a good coat, bright eyes, and a healthy appetite!

Was spending a lot for blue buffalo and purina smart one for three dogs. Which didn't give me the results I have now with three different breeds. Blue buffalo actually causes UTI and crystals (is what my vet said) in my German Shepherd. My rescue finally put on weight since we switched to this bag.

Cost is good compared to other stores, my dogs like both flavors
