Was spending a lot for blue buffalo and purina smart one for three dogs. Which didn't give me the results I have now with three different breeds. Blue buffalo actually causes UTI and crystals (is what my vet said) in my German Shepherd. My rescue finally put on weight since we switched to this bag.

The dog food is excellent value. It arrived in a big plastic bag over the original bag. I guess that kept the bag from breaking open during transit. It was delivered to my front door. It was the first time my dog (a doberman) had eaten this brand and he likes it. That is a plus. All around happy with Sam's, the shipping, and the dog food. A+

Iams is better but after their price went up $16.00 a bag, Dog show is a much better buy. I've found I need to give my dogs a little more of this food though, or they start to lose some weight. Even taking account the extra food, I think we are still saving money, and they get to eat a little more, which they like. Feeding 3 spoiled indoor dogs.

Usually our dog is not picky about the flavor of dog food, however our dog prefers the Beef flavor & not the Chicken flavor. POPULAR to say the least! That being said, the beef flavor is a wide spread favorite for Sam's Club customer's family dogs that it frequently runs out with no guarantee of when it will be available again. Numerous times we have gone to multiple locations and they're wiped out & fill the space with extra Chicken flavored food. Now we buy multiple bags at a time to avoid unnecessary trips to waste gas & time.

Dog lover of 12 wonderful 4paws joys. They all perfer and enjoy Purina dog chow over any other brands. Even high cost foods. Have also tried pedigree, in the past, when on sale but they hold back eating, always go back to this product. Convenient having it delivered.

Dogs love this stuff. Bought a bag for my Parents dog, that had been eating a more expensive brand. She kept going to the new bag of Purina, insisting on it, instead of finishing her old brand. Had to mix the two for her to finish the old stuff up. Thank you for keeping this in stock.

Found this and appreciated the new flavor.. beef. Dogs really like it and the larger bags are great. Good food for the colder weather with the higher fat level. Hope the product is a regular item as there was none in stock last night at our local Sam's Club.

Excellent food for growing pups and adult dogs. Have used this brand for over 35 years now, without a problem. Easy for dogs and puppies to digest and they find any of the 3 flavors in this brand irresistible. I generally feed either the beef or chicken though, as lamb can be very fattening.

Excellent nutrition for the price! Purina has put years of research into their livestock and pet products, and in these times when many are struggling financially, I appreciate the value that Purina Dog Chow provides. I have been very pleased with the condition and health of the dogs I’ve been helping to feed while they’ve been on Purina Dog Chow. Dogs have a good coat, bright eyes, and a healthy appetite!

I bought a lot of bags 6-8 of $18.95 just a month for the temporary low price. I missed the day when each bag is 57 lbs $18.95 or $19.99. Sometimes my dogs love them but sometimes they don't. I have to mix with some wet foods or let them tire themselves out running outside so that they have better appetite.
