This is the only one that didn't have recalls when other dog foods were causing problems and dogs to die. My sister lost several dogs and a raccoon eating the other brands. I trust Purina! The only brand I buy for my furry family members. They get table leftovers and Purina. They stay healthy, fit and happy. My dogs love Purina. They get excited when they see me bring a bag home. I have a Boxer and German Shepard.

My dogs are always pretty picky about what they eat. Purina's Complete is about one of the few they love. I love it simply because of the ingredients and the low cost. I'm getting a 48 lb. Bag for $22.. Awesome!! Only wish it had more protein than it does. Otherwise great product

He was having issues with losing hair I even went as far as cooking for him. Then one day I picked up a bag of Purina Dog Chow Complete for him and it was like a miracle his hair came back fuller and thicker and he was gaining weight. I am one happy furmomma and would definetly recommend Purina Dog Chow Complete Adult to anyone.

He said that poor dog had been treated badly so it was going to be nothing but the best for his new baby. He bought her Purina Dog Chow Chicken Flavor and that's the only food she's eaten in 4 yrs now. She's a mix breed with a beautifully shiny coat that people everywhere comment on. We trust Purina to protect our precious pooch's digestive tract.

All my dog eat Purina Dog Chow.Nikkei my boxer lived to be 11 yrs old. Twinkie my Chihuahua lived 11 yrs. Bella is going on 4yrs old. We never change dog food. My dogs love it. I have a video to show Bella eating it but couldn't put on here cause don't have u tube account.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My rescue(d) dog Tip loved this dog food, and I'm sure this food kept him alive as long as it did. He was an old farm dog who wandered into our lives a few weeks after his owner died and the owner's sons stopped feeding him. Right away we started feeding him this food, and he lived another 6 years. I think he was probably 11 or 12 when he passed this past winter. If I was to win this food, I would like to donate it to our local food bank, Shepherd's Staff, because no one ever thinks to donate pet food to food banks, and many poor and elderly people still have pets.

My dogs have stay healthy and at a great weight at a very a affordable price all these years. It's slso convenient to find since most stores stock it. Very pleased with the product and company. My Golden Retriever and Yellow Lab were on this food for 4 weeks and both ended up with Hemorrhagic Gastritis. We almost lost our Golden Retriever she was so sick. Vet bills totaled $1200.00 dollars to treat the dogs. This food was the only common denominator. Both dogs started this food at the same time and both were extremely ill one month later. I would not recommend this product.

I run a small non-profit dog rescue. We rehome an average of 170 dogs a year. Purina Dog Chow and Purina Puppy Chow are the ONLY foods we trust. I know that we can keep our rescue dogs healthy and not worry about recall after recall like other brands have.
