My Labrador-Dane mix is a picky eater, he will only eat this brand. He's a rescue dog, 7 years ago and very active and energetic dog, he would eat another brand but he would not eat it all of it and I had trouble to get him to gain enough weight, until I got Purina Dog Chow. He had bloomed, ate every bite. In next 4 years he had gain weight and ability to keep up with his energy. We rescued him at 20 lbs skin and bones, 4 years ago when started Dog chow he was at 40.3 lbs, now he had jumped to 85 lbs. Thank you

My dog seems to enjoy the food as she is eating it but for me I would have loved a resealable bag. I mean it’s 57lbs why would it NOT have a resealable bag!! Wouldn’t have purchased had I know that. Only reason I give it 4/5 stars is because of that other than that 5/5!!

Great price for dog chow. These bags are huge and definitely a savings vs the smaller bags, this brand is a trusty go to for our family dogs from our rescue dogs to our pure bred dogs. The food is quality and the bag is big enough to last us quite awhile.

I bought this because several months ago Sam’s stopped carrying their own brand in store. I preferred not to switch but was left with no choice because I waited too long to pick it up. Since I was using their store brand, going elsewhere wasn’t an option. So I switched to a similarly priced brand. It was a rough few days with such an abrupt switch but we made it through. Tried the delivery feature to learn that they will be raising the price. Looks like a switch back is in order. Thanks Sam’s for causing such gastrointestinal rides for my pup.

Have been buying in my local Sam’s, great value, but needed someone to go with me to pick up dog food and unload for me. Thought about having it delivered and I also wanted to get several bags (5 large bread dogs here!) at one time. Since I am a PLUS member, it would be free delivery! SOLD!! Had 5 bags delivered, all in plastic bags so not to get wet! Very pleased!! Will continue to order my pups dog food this way! Super convenient! Thanks!

I switched from Purina One to this essentially D/T price. My dog was 12-13 mts old when I changed.She has a very sensitive tummy.I did a gradual change which went well but when change was complete she has an AWFUL bout of diarrhea for approx 2 days since then everything has been smooth sailing.She has loved the taste since initial introduction.She is a large breed eating approx 5-6 cups of food a day.This bag lasts I find it to be quite the bargain.We have been using it for approx 5 mts and I am pleased. I would recommend.

My dog loves this! I have a very picky dog - 80 lb American Bully, for reference. I usually have to come up with creative ways to doctor up dry dog food to get him interested. When I put a bowl of this food in front of him, he gobbled it up. It’s been a few weeks now, so I’m very happy with the purchase. Great value, too.

My dog died because of eating this food. I saw some social media has saying the dog food has parasites inside of the dog food that causing vomiting, diarrhea and seizures, My dog has exact same symptoms. Sam should stopping selling this product asap, report to manufactory and recall this dog food.

This is really good dog food for a very reasonable price! My five dogs love this brand of dog food.
