Bad Warranty

It was a great fridge, but I have been trying to get it fixed under the extended warranty, and the company that is supposed to fix it wants me to pay $400 and have someone come look at it, which I have to find. After I said I couldn't find a certified repairman, they wouldn't reply to me and have ignored me. Samsung is supposed to be reliable, and I also called them, and they said they can't do anything to help. Was stationed twice in Korea and have only Samsung products, but this is disappointing.

refrigerator sucks

Horrible product

This refrigerator stopped working properly in less than 2 years. There is a defect in the design, cannot even change the water filter without it breaking. This is my third time changing the filter. The last 2 times the water and icemaker completely stopped working.

Not worth the money

Problems since day one. Ice maker replaced under warranty. Is now out again and having to pay an appliance company to repair/replace. Doors do not close property. Have to push out flap on left door every time to get it to seal right. Hate this Fridge!!

Fingerprints -- beware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer space is not as spacious as it seems; hard to fit frozen pizza in unless it is lying flat in upper section. Beverage center is nice. Ice compartment also works well; despite prior reviews indicating limit ice, we have had no issues. But this fridge gets a LOT of finger prints.

Functional and stylish!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great appliance, with sizable capacity in both the upper refrigerator and lower freezer. One area for improvement is the lower crisper drawers: to open these, both upper doors have to be opened. We love the pitcher in the door for filtered water!

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was wary about buying a Samsung frig with the bad reputation of their fridges but haven't had any issues. I love it. Keeps food very cold, lots of storage. Like that it has 4 drawers. Freezer is spacious. Only complaint is that guests often don't close the left door all the way and it doesn't trigger the alarm. It needs a little extra push which is not an issue once you know that.

Bespoke is Broke Again and Again

We loved the product design and features. However, after 3 years and 3 months, the refrigerator stopped working on New Year's Eve at 6pm. Amazingly, Samsung Care was still answering the phone...they connected via SmartThings and saw the issue. Evaporator assembly. When service showed up, did they bring the part, of course not. When the tech arrived, he ran diagnostics and was gone in 10 minutes. He said he wasn't sure why they didn't send the part out on the truck with him. Today the part get's installed (1/7/26) and the refrigerator works for 45 minutes and then stops cooling. Now we'll wait another 2 days for the technician to come and run diagnostics again, wait on a part and keep going and going and going. What a way to run a business. Conveniently, I'm out of warranty. So much for Bespoke Reliability. Put the colors on, but have no reliability! Emailed top dog...minion called and didn't care...weasel warranty. Shameful! We really wanted to be customers for life....not any more.
