I love the design and the brand, but after owning this refrigerator for nearly a month, the ice maker is not functioning properly. It never reaches its designated capacity and consistently underperforms compared to the fridge it replaced. We are reaching out to request service.

It was a great fridge, but I have been trying to get it fixed under the extended warranty, and the company that is supposed to fix it wants me to pay $400 and have someone come look at it, which I have to find. After I said I couldn't find a certified repairman, they wouldn't reply to me and have ignored me. Samsung is supposed to be reliable, and I also called them, and they said they can't do anything to help. Was stationed twice in Korea and have only Samsung products, but this is disappointing.

This refrigerator is one of the best it really does figure out what's in your fridge and helps keep everything cool and last longer. Drinks are really cold too

The refrigerator has great so far. Have been using this for about 2 years now. The only thing that I don't like is the filter change process, it's a little cumbersome. But overall, I'd recommend this product.

Large capacity, room for everything. Not sure about the design of the ice tray, cubes get trapped under or next to it. I like the drawer for it though and the hidden water dispenser. I love that the panels can be changed out for another color.

Great Refrigerator. Cooling system is very quiet. Customization is easy for us to maximize the use of space. Counter-depth matches our new cabinet. We love our new samsung refrigerator.
