[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity, quality, appearance are all excellent. The interior is highly adaptable to various size/shape of containers. 2 areas that fall short: 1. (It’s a little picky) but we didn’t even know there was a storage compartment on the upper left door under the water pitcher. Little to nothing fits here and Lord help if you forget about it, because you certainly can’t see it. 2. The ice bin tray in the lower freezer. Absolutely love having the option between a medium size cube or (my favorite) smaller rectangle ice “chips”.But the tray is awkward (if you need to remove it) and gaps around it make it too easy to loose cubes when scooping (witch is why you need to remove it).

The display lets us know the cooling temperature. The ice and water are always easily dispensed. It’s very cost effective.

I’ve only had one problem with the small ice cubes not coming out but it fixed itself on its own so probably just clogged. I did spill a soda on one of the racks and cannot remove it to clean which is annoying. I do love the two types of ice cubes as well as the water dispensing/ water pitcher. I change the filter every six months and it’s not difficult. Overall a great fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this product is good in its stainless steel finish and like the idea that it can be easily customized.I only purchased this refrigerator less then a year ago so it's fairly new. We love that the water dispenser/beverage center is on the inside and not on the exterior of the door that give it that clean finish. It's energy saver and efficiency. The capacity and cooling this product is great for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Big capacity provides excellent cooling settings to both fridge and freezer, great efficiency with very easy customization to set up and maintain worth for the price has a good dispensing I love it and I recommend it to everyone, you can change door stainless steel panels to the colorful glass panels making look prettier than it is combining with your kitchen colors . Also have beverage center with Water pitcher at door very fancy and nice auto pitcher filled and auto ice maker option it’s a great acquisition it’s my second one I upgraded it and I love everything about it very convenient for family who enjoy fridge with a great space.

I bought this refrigerator and it was delivered about a month ago. I am pleased with the performance of the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator I purchased, but the RXO delivery was the worst delivery service I have ever experienced!!!! Given the delivery was part of the Sam's Club service, I will NEVER purchase an appliance from Sam's again. On the day of the scheduled delivery, two guys with a Ryder rental truck showed up, the 'haul away' almost didn't happen because they said they could not disconnect the appliance (Ice maker water supply). I disconnected the water supply, a 60 year old woman. I did not know their names, they had no company ID, and I felt I had no recourse. They claimed to be on the phone with Samsung, but spoke Spanish to the other party, I do not speak Spanish so was excluded from the conversation. Then I was told that Haul away was an extra $50 that I should have paid, I was really upset. I asked who I should contact to pay with my card, and surprise, they were unable to give me a name. When I brought up the fact that the haul away and delivery was included in the purchase of this very expensive appliance, they said I was disrespecting them and they could just drive off with the new refrigerator that I had already paid for. They then said that they would not be installing the new refrigerator as it would not fit through the standard door frame, I asked if it was not possible to remove the doors and bring it in the house that way only to receive the answer that, 'No they are not allowed to do that'. in the end, the two guys with $32 in cash for the 'haul away' doing me a "favor", and the new refrigerator on the carport. My husband, son, and daughter-in-law helped complete the install of the new Samsung appliance which has been functioning flawlessly since. Why would Sam's Club contract with such a fly by night delivery/installation company?! When we looked into the refrigerator and the manual- the first page had instructions for taking the doors off to get the appliance in the home! I am attaching the notice that was inside the refrigerator of what the customer should expect, you decide. In the end, love the fridge, will not subject ourselves to Sam's delivery again. We have been Sam's Club members for over 30 years and I have never been this disappointed!
