Love it! Easy to see everything inside. Style is modern but still looks amazing in my cozy kitchen. Cooled in less than an hour. Easy to use app and set up. Had it for two days now and hoping it continues to work just as good as all of our Samsung appliances.

Absolutely love everything about this model! Alot of space! Love the smart things app! I can control my fridge with my app! Love the option to change door colors. Beverage center is always ready to use and super easy to access that. Cooling temps are exactly what it says. Water filter is consistent with what the label reads as far as when to change. Everything about this gridge is accessable.

Haven’t had it long yet but so far it is great. Plenty of space inside for everything. Love the ice maker and where it is located in the fridge…the two types of ice it makes and the storage trays are wonderful. The water dispenser is awesome….big plus having the self filling water pitcher. The double left side door is very handy to have ….makes it easy to quickly access can and bottle beverages.

It looks very expensive, but it isn't 😃. We got a great deal on it, and everything remains well-organized and accessible. Managing the temperatures isn't difficult either. I truly love it! Totally recommend it 👌🏻

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large capacity, room for everything. Not sure about the design of the ice tray, cubes get trapped under or next to it. I like the drawer for it though and the hidden water dispenser. I love that the panels can be changed out for another color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the overall look of this fridge and that you can change panels for a different look if you choose. Sleek appearance. Has plenty of room compared to my last Samsung. Easy to open and close the doors and drawer. Keeps everything cold, but not frozen. Only negatives I have found are that some shelves are impossible to clean if anything gets under the glass. Also, the left door always had to be closed first, as the seal does not come back on its own like its supposed to, no matter how much we try to add/remove the discs/washers for balancing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the refrigerator itself because of the ability to get things without opening the door (just the small compartment in the door). I also like the water pitcher; it detects very well when the ice bucket is empty and dispenses more ice immediately when is running low of ice. But the interior capacity is really lacking. You can't see what's in the back of the fridge; it doesn't feel like there's any space. It's impossible to reach things in the back when it's full.The interior space is not well distributed, it's very difficult to access to some specific spots inside. I think it needs a better distribution of space inside, and I'm not talking about capacity, but the ability to access those spaces. I also bought it specifically because it said that stainless steel wouldn't leave fingerprints on the door, and that's a complete lie! I'm very disappointed about that.

For the first year it worked very well. Since then the ice maker leaks water into the small ice tray. It freezes the whole section of small ice into a large unusable block that you have to pry out of the drawer and few times a day to let the other larger cube side work properly. After researching online, I found this is a common issue. Some blame the humidity of your location, but I can see the frozen wave of water near the front of the tray. It is far too large for melted ice due to humidity. It is definitely from a bad seal inside. The replacement seal also last about a year and it's expensive to have a service person replaced. As great as the rest of the product is, I would not buy it again. I paid far to much to have to deal with these issues. I love my Samsung washer and dryer and phone and watch, but I'll stay away from the refrigerators for any future purchases.

Temp went down 3 degrees in 2 hours. Still at 77 fridge temp and 80 for the freezer. They said it takes 7 hours to cool. The plastic must have melted because it’s so hard to peel off. Hoping it’s easier.
