This fridge has been amazing for me and my family. It's large capacity and accessibility has been helpful to my three boys. The cooling and freezing capabilities provided by this fridge are exceptional. The finish on the exterior of this fridge makes this a deco focal point in my kitchen. Has plenty of room compared to my last Samsung. Easy to open and close the doors and drawer. Keeps everything cold, but not frozen. Only negatives I have found are that some shelves are impossible to clean if anything gets under the glass. Also, the left door always had to be closed first, as the seal does not come back on its own like its supposed to, no matter how much we try to add/remove the discs/washers for balancing.

It offers plenty of space, and our favorite feature is the refillable pitcher. It's held up through moves, two young kids, and the rest of a busy, hectic life. I've been calling to samsung so they can come and fix my refrigerator my eyes maker stop working making a lot of thick ice all over the Ice maker stopped working about having it.Six months i've been calling samsung about this issue.All they gotta say is take everything out.Reset the button.Don't open the bottom.Door for twenty four hours and it will make ice, will days pass nothing get so I called Samsung like 5 times so they can come and check the. Refrigerator before my warranty expires. But they said my warranty expired at the end of this month. I believe and then make an appointment, but I don't know how much it's gonna cost. So no I do not recommend this product. It's pretty in everything, but it's not worth it. And it cost a lot for some major issues to happen. When you purchase and have it for 6 months. I wish I could return it back but I can't.

I am very happy with this model and have plenty of room and the configuration is adjustable, The door-in-door is a great feature that we use all the time. The quick access compartment. I also love the two types of ice, it really great to have options. keeps us from opening the full door. The stainless on this model is better as it shows very few fingerprints if any at all.

It was a great fridge, but I have been trying to get it fixed under the extended warranty, and the company that is supposed to fix it wants me to pay $400 and have someone come look at it, which I have to find. After I said I couldn't find a certified repairman, they wouldn't reply to me and have ignored me. Samsung is supposed to be reliable, and I also called them, and they said they can't do anything to help. Was stationed twice in Korea and have only Samsung products, but this is disappointing.
