[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design is innovative. The beverage center is wonderful, love being able to fill up a water bottle quickly with the picture. Having two different types of ice is neat. Inside the fridge the drawers glide nicely and one gets a variety of choices to place foodstuffs. The size is wonderful for a large family.

We bought this model for the second time when we moved into our current home. We bought it for the same reason we had bought it for our last home which was due to the great beverage center feature. We also really love the fact that the temperature is so consistent throughout. We have owned our current fridge for about 8 months and have owned this model for about 4 years. We have only good things to say so far.

The beverage center is really cool, my family loves the in door pitcher for quick access to water. We also like the small ice and big ice options. So far so good. The fridge runs great, is quiet, and does what it's supposed to.

I bought my 36" Bespoke 3 Door French Door Refrigerator with Beverage Center™(RF30BB6600QLAA) last month. It is a amazing refrigerator with amazing features. I would specifically say about the Beverage Center. Its really cool. Its not visible from the outside of the refrigerator which gives more privacy specially during when guests are at home. Capacity, Configuration, Shelving and Temperature are perfect. Lot of spaces. Changing of the Water filler is so easy. I am so happy this this product.

I bought this refrigerator and it was delivered about a month ago. I am pleased with the performance of the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator I purchased, but the RXO delivery was the worst delivery service I have ever experienced!!!! Given the delivery was part of the Sam's Club service, I will NEVER purchase an appliance from Sam's again. On the day of the scheduled delivery, two guys with a Ryder rental truck showed up, the 'haul away' almost didn't happen because they said they could not disconnect the appliance (Ice maker water supply). I disconnected the water supply, a 60 year old woman. I did not know their names, they had no company ID, and I felt I had no recourse. They claimed to be on the phone with Samsung, but spoke Spanish to the other party, I do not speak Spanish so was excluded from the conversation. Then I was told that Haul away was an extra $50 that I should have paid, I was really upset. I asked who I should contact to pay with my card, and surprise, they were unable to give me a name. When I brought up the fact that the haul away and delivery was included in the purchase of this very expensive appliance, they said I was disrespecting them and they could just drive off with the new refrigerator that I had already paid for. They then said that they would not be installing the new refrigerator as it would not fit through the standard door frame, I asked if it was not possible to remove the doors and bring it in the house that way only to receive the answer that, 'No they are not allowed to do that'. in the end, the two guys with $32 in cash for the 'haul away' doing me a "favor", and the new refrigerator on the carport. My husband, son, and daughter-in-law helped complete the install of the new Samsung appliance which has been functioning flawlessly since. Why would Sam's Club contract with such a fly by night delivery/installation company?! When we looked into the refrigerator and the manual- the first page had instructions for taking the doors off to get the appliance in the home! I am attaching the notice that was inside the refrigerator of what the customer should expect, you decide. In the end, love the fridge, will not subject ourselves to Sam's delivery again. We have been Sam's Club members for over 30 years and I have never been this disappointed!

My favorite feature is the beverage center. We always have cold water on demand and the jug is always full. The ice maker is also a great feature. The size of the freezer was surprising to me. I keep putting stuff in and there's always room. The only thing I don't particularly like is both french doors need to be open to access the bottom drawers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BeSpoke refrigerator is a solid appliance that does a good job of keeping food cold. My wife really enjoys having both the large and small ice for beverages as it removes the necessity for another ice maker. Overall, the fridge does a good job and only rated it 4 Stars as the water dispenser had issues within 12 months of owning.

We are a family of six and we dont mind left overs so we pack the fridge pretty good. The beverage center i a hit for everyone as one refills at the station one is already pouring cold water from the automatic refill pitcher. Ice! THANK GOD we have ice as the last fridge the ice maker was out a few times and we just gave up fixing it.

This review is for counter depth with beverage center. This is a failed design. Samsung fails to acknowledge this is a failure on their part. The fridge is functional to be counter depth. The design of the doors make it hit counters damaging fridge and counters. The only way this will not fit is to move it 4-6 inches from wall to keep from hitting. This makes it pointless as a counter depth. I paid extra for the counter depth and it must stick out as much as standard depth to clear counter. I put a 2x4 behind fridge to keep it off all enough to clear counters. I'm a loyal samsung customer (tvs, dvd players, phones, computers, appliances, pretty much everything samsung) and this purchase makes me want to leave samsung permanently. This is a FALSE ADVERTISED REFRIGERATOR. If you want this design DO NOT GET COUNTER DEPTH. Samsung does not care about their customers satisfaction.

It is very spacious and great not to have items falling out of the freezer like we did with our previous side-by-side refrigerator! One thing to consider, although we specifically chose this model without handles for its sleekness, it can take some getting used to.
