[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this since 9/28. Delivered as promised. Does NOT have an operations manual - you have to download it. We are NOT sure if this is convection oven. Food comes out overdone even tho we put the correct time and temperature. Oven DOES NOT have extended warranty. I asked for one when we bought it and was told Samsung does not offer extended warranty plans for their electric ranges. Why? We should NOT have to call Samsung to get an operation manual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is great with this oven but just so you know the instructions for the air fryer is not very clear you have to pull out the center divider so that the air fire button can be programmed it cannot be in there while your air frying do you have to use the entire inside of the oven as one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for a few months and can tell you that the griddle is great, takes a little time to evenly heat but not too much. The burners are instantly hot and the ranges take no time to heat up and cook.

This stove was a gift I had no input in. I have had this stove three days and am not that impressed. It heats quickly but cooktop stays hot for an hour after turning off. The layout of the control panel is confusing. Make no sense to have the upper oven and whole oven together and the lower oven separate. The black stainless color is the ugliest thing I have ever seen! The tacky color clashes with everything even my white with gray swirl tile and black range hood. Stove is overpriced and nothing special.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for about a month and it is great. Its pretty straight forward, I mean, its a stove/oven. We dont use the duo feature much but its nice to have. My husband loves to proof bread in the oven. Works like a charm. The air fry is nice but takes much longer than a countertop one. It would be nice if the burners were various sizes. The front one can adjust but the other 3 are the smaller size. These are just little things, overall its wonderful and we love it.

From basic cooking and baking....then the rapid boil, air frying, and convection baking takes it all to higher levels! With the included air frying basket, griddle pan for the top....oh and let's not forget the split door for 2 different cooking Temps! Also, you can use the app for even more comrtol!!!

I like the bridge on the stove top, it makes it easy to fry streaks just like I would on a gas stove top. As far as all the functions are excellent! We have not had any issues at all and enjoy learning more as time goes foward.
