We use this product all the time. The width is perfect for oven-depth pans. For smaller pans, it can be cut to appropriate length.

The unbleached parchment paper does not protect my baking sheets from oils, butters ect.. The bleached works great, no issues woth it. The bleached parchment paper is stronger as well. Won't be buying this item again.
