I received this product for free to review. My family has been using sams brand parchment paper for many years now. And the unbleached seems to work just as well as the bleached. I pulled out some of the bleached parchment paper to compare it with the unbleached and they appear to be the same thickness and width.

I used to love this stuff. But the recent change to unbleached came with a major downgrade: it's much thinner. Its now so thin you van tear it off the roll straight. A huge disappointment and i will be looking elsewhere for parchment paper from now on.

So disappointed with their newest version of this product. I have been buying for years (use it mostly to cook bacon in the oven and easy cleanup.) Others I have tried were so cheap and burned the edges. So I kept coming back to Members Mark prosuct. This time, as I opened the product, immediately I could feel the difference. It was like opening a cheaper version. I have also bought their 2 pack and it lasts me a long time. Buy now I am going to need to go on a search for a better product elsewhere. Probably for the sake of profit they went to cheaper product. Why do companies do this? They lose loyal customers but I guess they don't care. This a real bummer!!

The Unbleached version of Member’s Mark Genuine Vegetable Parchment Paper is true to form as I’ve previously used the non stick white parchment version. The brown paper cuts easily with the sharp cutting box edge so it is easy to cut the length required. The paper withstands temperature to 420 deg F. I tried it out baking a seasoned pork loin and also cinnamon rolls. I liked the NO stick and it made clean up a breeze! I also have used it to line baking sheets with chopped peppers for freezing. The damp chopped peppers didn’t stick to the paper and once they were frozen they slipped off easily into my freezer bags. I can see myself using this for wrapping sandwiches and as a liner to make holiday goodies. One needs to follow the box recommendation of not using under the broiler or anywhere near a flame.

I used the parchment paper to cook bacon in the oven. I was very happy with the paper width. It fit my baking pan perfectly and I could even use it on a smaller pan with by turning it the other direction. The paper was easy to tear from the roll and was a nice weight. The paper did not “crisp” up on the edges during the cooking process and the bacon cooked nicely. The paper was easy to dispose of after use which made the pan cleanup easy. I will buy this parchment paper in the future!

After reading some good and bad reviews, I decided to give this a try. I'm glad I did. So far, I really like this paper. I have no issues and it doesn't roll up when you remove it from the roll. People mentioned a smell, but I have not noticed anything with mine.

This is very good parchment paper. The two box pack is so economical and lasts a long time!

The parchment paper works great but it doesn't tear as easily as I'd like it to.
