I used to buy them when they were first introduced and at $11.00 it was a decent deal for 6 small gyros. I especially like the fire sauce but, like most everything else, the price rose to over $13.00. The big thing I just discovered is that this kit contains "bioengineered food".....UGH! Last one for this guy!

This is one of our favorite items from Sam’s Club, they need to start selling the tzatziki sauce that comes in the kit separately, to use on other things it’s amazing.

We are always looking for something fast and easy for busy nights. This was delicious! I am always cautious with gyros because I do not like when the meat is thick, to my delight this was nice and thin. Not greasy at all. We just added onion and tomato. We used the feta to make feta french fries as a side. I just wish it was two tzatzikis instead of the other sauce. Everything is individually package which kept it all very fresh. We would definitely buy it again.

Decided to give this kit a try, and we were thoroughly impressed! The kit come with ingredients for 6 servings, and was simple to make. Pita bread was soft, and the meat and sauces were very flavorful. We added lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes and these made made for a simple yet tasty dinner. Prep time was about 10-15 minutes so makes for a great option for weekday meals.

This was so much better than I anticipated. I saw this and grabbed it on a whim. We were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. There’s enough meat for 4 good sized gyros. The meat was high quality and flavorful. I did heat it in a pan to get a little caramelization like on bacon and it was better than microwaved. The pita was a really good quality and very fresh. The feta was a nice texture and crumble size. It wasn’t too strong or wet. The only reason for a 4-star rating is the tzatziki sauce. It’s not great. It’s over powering of Greek yogurt, so doesn’t really add much. I did end up buying a separate one and it was a better touch for it. I’ll definitely be buying these again

Good and fast, meat portion should almost be doubled. Traditional Garlic Cucumber Sauce would be better, and again, double the size.

Having a 'kit' with the main ingredients is great. I added cucumbers and tomatoes that weren't in the kit and I feel the really 'finished it off'. The only bad part, was the Pita Bread was very dried out and when I folded them in half to eat them, they cracked and started crumbling... I hate to cook, so this kit is a great way to eat a healthy meal with very little preparation needed!

Was drawn to this because it was in refrigerator section and not frozen. But the taste, texture was not good. Dug label out to look closer at ingredients and saw Bio-engineered in small print on back. Had already decided we would not buy again. But won't for sure after seeing that.

Consistent product and makes for a fast dinner. We like meat, so we normally get 4 sandwiches allowing us to use the extra pitas for other meals. The feta crumbles are great. We have extra of that as well that we use in frittatas. I wish they would put in two tzatziki sauces rather than the feta sauce. We buy the kits often. The price is approximately what two gyro sandwiches at a restaurant would cost.

I love an easy dinner and this is always a hit. We just add fresh tomatoes, lettuce and red onion. Sometimes we add sliced black olives. I liked the hot tzatziki sauce but my husband likes the regular. It has both. I wish it had a couple more pita breads. It comes with 6.
