I love an easy dinner and this is always a hit. We just add fresh tomatoes, lettuce and red onion. Sometimes we add sliced black olives. I liked the hot tzatziki sauce but my husband likes the regular. It has both. I wish it had a couple more pita breads. It comes with 6.

I used to buy them when they were first introduced and at $11.00 it was a decent deal for 6 small gyros. I especially like the fire sauce but, like most everything else, the price rose to over $13.00. The big thing I just discovered is that this kit contains "bioengineered food".....UGH! Last one for this guy!

I think the meat and everything tastes fine. However without knowing how much meat you get, putting 6 pitas is very misleading. There just isn't enough meat to have 6 legit gyros. Being very conservative with the meat will only get you 4 at the most. 3 if you want decent amount of meat. So even if it makes 3, it's still about 1/3 of the price of a fresh, great one from a Greek place.

Go buy a fresh one if you have a taste for a gyro

Really quick and easy to prepare. I found them to be quite tasty. Had 6 servings and the sauces as well. I will be buying these again.

We love these so much that we buy them every time we shop there. Excellent for a night you have nothing planned to eat.
